Nice to see Crystal. That bulgur meal looks yum. My mother, who was vegetarian, made a yummy vegan chili with bulgur and kidney beans. It's been many decades but I still remember the yumminess. Yeah we were veg back in the sixties.

Yay, more Crystal! These kind of "everyday" vlogs are my favorite with training, lots of eating and just living. Also I knew that black pepper increased absorption of turmeric, but never knew why. Thanks for sharing! ps. I met Jon Venus at Veggie World in Amsterdam and it was funny because during his lecture, I heard some people talking about you as well (in positive ways) haha You've got quite some viewers here so please come visit!

In Turkey , bulgur is one of the things that we eat the most , it's basically cracked wheat and it is usually served with beans. You can also make porridge with it. Glad that you liked it , it's one of my favourites.
