Excellent. Can't wait to get stuck into these. I might be a beginner in callisthenics but I have good basic strength and fitness and it's great inspiration to work towards more advanced movements.

Great stuff. When I was in college, we all had stall (Swedish) bars and men's even bars---even women used them for kips and planks--and now they're gone, replaced with all that resistance equipment.

Thanks for making this video. These exercises are going to help me with many of my weeknesses. (just like my spelling). I have spent most of my life bodybuilding, when I should have been doing more gymnastics movements.

Bevor ich das Video geschaut hatte, musste ich erstmal schmunzeln, weil ich mir dachte das ich die Übungen bestimmt kenne und ihr einfach mehr Klicks mit dem Titel holen wollt aber ich war positiv überrascht, von den ganzen Übungen kannte ich grad mal 1

Great video, I didn't know anything about these exercices (well, except the scapula raises)! I have one question: is it better to perform them after a general bodyweight training or during a session of stretching and joint mobility?

+Mario Tushe Depends on the exercise and your goals/level. Some are great support exercises, some are more for mobility and some are "main exercise" itself :)

The forearm push up was just what I was looking for. I think the requirement must be that the shoulders be kept down, shoulders rolled back and down. I have to work slowly to keep this position. Thanks!

Is there any way to make the victorian hold easier, as in moving your elbows more towards your head or does that undermne the exercise?

Then put your legs further away from your head, keep them there and don't swing them

This is going to help with my strength so much, thanks! Also, I do a lot of regular push ups as the basis of my training along with abs and pull ups and then throw harder things in around those. Would it be a good idea to replace the standard push ups with diamond push ups to increase my push strength?

Yes , you can try new and harder movements if you dont progress anymore. Add a new exercise a new angle/lever. This can help you to progess. Try also dips for more push strength and also handstand push ups or pike push ups.

Reply please I just train in home not in gym and I can do L-sit but I can't do planche so I will try these exercises. I do right form pushups everything right form. Can I do planche at home without gym?
