Join Aaliyah Earvin, movement and running coach, as she leads Elena through this 20-minute, body-weight only follow along class that will target and strengthen the major muscle groups that runners need to improve performance and mobility before they hit the pavement or trail. This complete class has everything you need including a brief warm up and cool down!
Aaliyah Earvin is a certified personal trainer, life & health coach, and 200 hour RYT yoga instructor, whose passion is helping others become more confident in their wellness journey! Aaliyah has her masters in Sports Management from American Public University and her bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Youngstown State University where she ran collegiate track & field. When Aaliyah is not working with her clients, she loves running, swimming, cycling, lifting weights, and being active outside in nature with her kids. Elena Cheung is a Seattle-based movement specialist and yoga teacher whose clients range from professional and high-performance athletes to individuals looking to move and feel better in their bodies. I enjoyed this, but consider it more of a mobility/stretch routine with some added strength moves. It is very low impact which is nice, and I liked her advice on form and breathiing.

Lovely! I‘m terrified about my training for a marathon. It‘s really hard… really scary… but this is a wonderful set to work with. Thanks for the calming way if showing some great stretches and exercises. That jump and creep back 😆 I really couldnt do it elegantly 😂
