Very informative but it got me a little confused. I am currently following the program that you talked about in ur video “how to squat to increase vertical”, which is very similar to the phases that you mentioned in this video. I was just wondering if i should continue to follow that program or switch it up and change it to the different phases shown in this video.
@NathanaelMorton
@NathanaelMorton 2 жыл бұрын
You can use the percentages in that video to help you decide what to do each workout. But I would use the phases stated in this video. For example, I mean that you should still use the foundation phase, max strength phase, speed strength phase, and peaking phase, BUT use the percentages, sets and reps listed in the squat video DURING each of those phases where they fit in.

@NathanaelMorton

Both are very good. Personally, I think my program will bring more results solely for the fact that it's 20 weeks and VC body weight is 12 weeks. But you should do one and then the other if possible. Both are great.

If its not too much to ask, (or if you could answer the question in your next video) How do each of the programs you've reviewed stack in comparison and what are they each best for? Understand the force velocity curve and how each adaptation occurs at every part of the curve. Programming should go from general work to specific. I recommend looking at videos from Matt Casturo.
