Hi Cindy! I found you during the pandemic and have used several of your videos over and over again. Today I had finished your 15 min strength and this popped up after. Thought I've can do 10 more minutes and gave it a go. I'll tell you I'm adding this to my regular practice. I do your 15 min stretch, then the 15 minute strength and adding this. Perfecto! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! My health and body condition has improved so much since I first started!

My new weights arrived, I had to throw the last ones away, around the wrist type as they were shedding the insides which looked like volcanic sand! I've been using tins but of course, they are lighter and better than nothing but ....! So back to the 1kg today. Just ten minutes as didn't wish to overdo it I could definitely tell the difference and this wasn't weights all the time. I definitely couldn't have done one of those. So that's 30 mins all ready today thank you Cindy :-)

My plan exactly! I also did 15 min sunrise tai chi b4 Cindy's senior stretch. Now I' REALLY ready for my walk. The endorphins kick in and it's a HAPPY DAY!

Yes it's great ticks lots of boxes in a very short time. I was showing the 'girls' at coffee before the Lent course the one arms bent to the hand on ear and to the knee and then further if you understand me, I'm please to say they were quite impressed although there's always one isn't there saying I'll have to aim to be able to touch my toes? Jealousy will get her nowhere 😂😂

I work with a dietician to try and stay on an ant inflammatory diet to ward off my arthritis pain. It includes lots of greens, colorful fruits and vegetables and healthy meats and fats..I am also a big fan of the Wahls protocol recipes to keep fighting this autoimmune disease. We all have or challenges.
