Hi Jonna Soh. I am truly a fan of your diet motivation and exercise videoes. I have an L4 & L5 microdiscectomy. Please make a video about what type of freehand or gym exercise I can do to keep myself fit. I am obese and finding very difficult to do exercises and reduce my weight. Hi joana Iam your regular viewer... From india...u know iam nearing 40s and not a. skinny nor bulky . bu i do have a body with weight gain tendency.... But since being from an average family i have all my household chores and a working woman tooo. So u can imagine the busiest days i am travelling through. In spite of all this i find time to workout atleast 40 to 45 mins...tying to eat healthy as far as i can.... Can u please advice?

You can do plank rock, without the ball, that'll be easier. As for captain's chair leg raise, you can perform V Tucks on the mat. =)

Really? To be honest, it wasn't intentionally. I like my shape previously and I like my shape now too. For me, I stay active because I truly enjoy it. And we'll never stay the same, our shape will keep changing. I've learned to embrace that. =)

Shelly Nain Watch her earlier videos . I think depends on your fitness level and body type. World health organisation recommends 150 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity per week. You can exercise 5 times a week, 30 mins per session.

You can work on your core every day if you want, but mixing it with different exercises. Minimal 2 - 3 times weekly. =)

Rana Adel it’s actually normal for our muscles to shake when we workout. It’s not something to worry about. My muscles do shake as well if they are not used to the workout. It means that you’re fully engaging your muscles and your muscles are adapting. Keep practicing and eventually your muscles will adapt better. Remember it’s not a bad thing. It means your muscles are working hard! 💪🏼

My back hurts whenever I do V tucks and Russian twist... I am trying to make my back as straight as possible but it hurts like hell. Now I’m left with a “bloated” tummy 😢

Law Hoon Chit to begin with you don’t have to go all the way. Only roll as far as you can, the key is that you engage your abs, that’s most important. Keep practicing it and inch a little further each time. We all have to start somewhere! 😉

Marieshiel Enriquez when workout, you should only be wearing sports bra, in fact it’s extremely important to wear sports bra and not our normal daily bras. Depending on the impact of your workout, sports bra will support our breasts and that’s important long term because we don’t want them to be saggy or cause any discomfort or even lower back pain. I hope this helps 🙂

Darling, I don't know what gym you use but the sight of you at 3:37 doing those plank hip dips is gonna cause male membership to soar. Thanks for the nice view as well as what looks to be a good tutorial. 1:20 American viewers, a five kilo weight is about 11-1/4 pounds.

I had the same problem. So the thing is you need to change the nutrition as well. Just working out won't do much. I changed mine and now weight is falling off like leaves.

You can, but remember to consume everything in moderation. Peanut butter can be part of a healthy diet, but it's extremely calorie dense, so consume in small quantity. =)
