Because Mamamax is a lazy fraud in this for his own gain, and it's amazing people didn't pick up on that when he was first caught faking content and bullying people to support him. Later interviews showing he didn't even know the most basic relevant laws to cases he pretended to be the champion about for years, and just asking chatGPT for all of his "research" was that "sounds about right" moment. Saying his lies about death threats, lies about catching people, was raising awareness by speaking from an alternative dimension where pedos ruled the world and he was the leader of the rebellion, and KZfaq was just too dumb to understand this, was the sprinkles on his borderline personality disorder cake. How can anyone support him?

I’m surprised how little everyone is talking about how calm she is. Like, people process grief differently, but I don’t think a single person on earth could go through this level of abuse and trauma and then just talk about it like it’s nothing. It’s like she’s talking about the weather or something, there’s not even a crack in her voice to indicate she’s holding back tears. She doesn’t even sound like she’s numb about it, like some might expect from someone whose been through insane abuse like this, she’s got the inflection of someone talking about how it rained a little yesterday in the middle of summer. I have been through some rough stuff myself, including SA, and even though it was long ago now and I have generally grown past it, I still find myself crying sometimes over what happened. I’m not healed, exactly, and I don’t think I ever really can be, but even though it’s been more than a decade, I can still find myself breaking down when I think about it too hard. I’m repulsed by kids and never want to have them, but even I would probably never talk about a miscarriage as casually as this.

@@RailfoxStudios Great point. I would add that you called out the exact reason why no one believes her, even without all the fake miscarriage nonsense. Biggest sign that Spencer is a habitual liar: in her stories she ALWAYS needs to be seen as a victim but she also always stresses how she outsmarted the people who ab used her and she always gets one over on them in the end. Sure, camdan was manipulative and cruel, but he was also a total pushover whom she beat up once he pushed her too far. Sure, the nurse in group home was mean, but Spencer owned her when she didn't know how to turn on a phone. If anyone has seen the case of Sherri papini, it's very similar to this. People like that need to be seen as victims to garner sympathy but they also want the admiration for being brave and standing up for themselves.

I think the most heartbreaking thing about all of this is that it seems almost 100% true that Camden was definitely a serial abuser who dated and abused all of these women and used the RP and Supernatural/twilight craze to create an ERP group to get vulnerable girls, and Max and possibly Spencer decided to manipulate the story into being about a massive pedo cult with all these insane things happening and basically destroyed these girls reputations and ability to get justice for what they did go through. Spencer dragged everyone else through the mud to pretend it justified her own abusive behavior towards them during the timeline and to benefit financially off of everything, and Max jumping onto it thinking it would be a massive success for his film career and probably to pretend that him covering this case magically absolves him of his own history of similar abuse and manipulation towards his own exes. They both used a shared abusive relationship among these girls for profit and gain

That and she admits she didnt know for sure and was being starved at the same time, and the whole spouting the vitamin c myth, she clearly either is lying outright to make her story sound more harrowing or she is still this stupid 7 years after she maybe thought it was true at the time. Also her miscarrying at 3 months and not at all having medical complications from not seeing a doctor, after claiming shes had like 2 or 3 miscarriages already IS INSANE. She was not pregnant. I refuse to believe a girl who claimed to miscarry 3 or 4 times, still does not realize miscarrying at 3 months means you need to see a doctor. Miscarrying is not an oops not pregnant anymore ordeal, but she either knows that and is relying on other peoples lack of knowledge. Or she's fucking stupid. They did so much damage to this "case", its unbelievable. Even if you give everyone involved the benefit of a doubt, and believe what they say without questioning if it is true, none of it makes sense at all. I get that they say they thought they were in a cult, and cults like to burry a lot of messed up stuff, but the way spencer always tells the story like she was always already with one foot out of the cult group and had the morale high ground she never called the cops or did literally anything? The mom never noticed anything? Really? My parents could sense dirty laundry from the other side of the continent, but they dont notice a PERSON, with a piss jar and hasnt showered in days? Wouldnt the neighbors or the parents wonder why the side of their house smells like piss?

There might be some small truths but all of her over detailed descriptions, over explaining, and honestly chippy attitude to something that isn't too far removed in time line wise. It's just crazy. And Mamamax just ate it up like breakfast. As someone who works with SA survivers. They are not this happy to talk about it. And also I would bet my entire career that if you asked her questions on Cam's physical attributes. She will only be able to give very basic things like dark skin. He is a little tall or whatever. For SA victims that are repeatedly SAed as many times as Spencer claims she has been. They would know very keen details of their abuser. Down to their fucking smell. We are talking any tattoos,, moles, birth marks, maybe a scar or maybe hair growing weirdly! Something! But to have nothing at all. It's just clearly she is lying her ass off
