I choose to believe that Roger gave himself up for execution to create the Great Pirate Era, but he forgot about his plan until Random Sam asked him about his treasure.

I really dont think Roger's goal was as chaotic as "lets just stir everything up". He got to Raftel and saw what was there was important but that he was to early. So he intentionally let himself get caught so he'd get an opportunity to address the world, then incentivised future generations to not just become pirates but to specifically also go to Raftel, ensuring that someone, maybe his son who he wouldn't get to meet, would be there at the "right time"

I doubt the stuff in that ship is wroth all that much, however, I saw a video a while ago that said theres a real life One Piece on it thats worth...£2,000,000,000. Thats right, TWO BILLION ENGLISH POUNDS! Not sure if its taking inflation into account but I'd assume yes.

It’s interesting you mention the “Anne” thing if Ace had been a girl. There actually WAS a female pirate in the real world named Anne Bonney. Isn’t there someone in the One Piece world with that name? 🧐

Some of the One Piece characters were based on real life pirates, I think jewellery bonney was based on anne.

@@Aloyus_Knight Bonney is indeed based on Anne bonne. Roger’s title of pirate king is also derived from the real life pirate Henry Avery. He also left behind a treasure estimated at 200,000,000$. Which fun fact still hasn’t been found

After the Great Pirate Era comes to a close we will either be left in Blackbeard’s Era of Darkness or Luffy’s Era of Freedom. In either case, the Celestial Dragons need to be destroyed for this to happen.

5:05 It would also be completely irrelevant. How many children in the One Piece World are children of Pirates, who never ever saw their father. (And are more often than not probably conceived by rape? Roger for all if his crimes is unlikely to have done that, but in the grand scheme of things...) 8:14 Why? What has the One Piece as a regular treasure to do with a Revolution? Funding? I don't see a connection there... The era if the Space Pirates... Steamworld Heist gor you covered there.

You should look at that light switch it's probably a loose wire in the fixture or the the wall outlet but that's like the leading causes of house fires and it shouldn't blow a circuit just by being on or off

Hey @Tekking101, if Mihawk, Moriah, and Doffi, etc. were at Loguetown in the east blue, before their journey to the GL, how'd they get there? Isn't it supposed to be really hard to traverse the different blues without going through the entire GL? Maybe this could be a future video idea?
