Being on steroids for 10 years straight and people accusing me of using steroids is also the biggest compliment I get on a daily basis hahaha. But then again, I don't hide it - and when people ask me on the street, "how did you get so big," I don't care if there are 8 year old boys standing with their dads who asked me the question - I still say, "steroids." I despise people who are too cowardly to admit they take gear. I don't need it, I regret ever getting on it, but once you're on it there is no way you're getting off if you're as dedicated to the gym as I am and have as little fucks to give as I do.

@@Mike-rb2kk obviously you won't give fucks because you are on roids and no one is calling you a liar. On the other hand people have been accusing Matt as a liar for ages. Also you might get called out once or twice a day but on the other hand he is being called liar by thousands of people, that can really mess with ones head. Matt is going through a really stringent test to prove his integrity whilst trying to reach his all time best strength numbers, I tip by hat to that.

The fact that he had Derek there makes this really believable to me. People can say they are getting test results etc, but to get a “peer” of sorts from the KZfaq fitness community says a lot. I dont know if he does or not, but this test proves nothing, it does not mean he doesnt use PEDs it only means he wasnt using during those months, so if he got huge using them or not he unfortunately cant retroactivly prove it. In the case of Lance Armstrong their samples are preserved by WADA, they do this to look for both known and at the time unknown substances. This disuades an arms race in new PEDs.
@MNZGamin
@MNZGamin Жыл бұрын
You realize that currently not being on gear doesn't make him natty? He could have run multiple cycles throughout the years. Look at Greg Doucette. If you did this same test on him right now, he'd be "natty" but he has used a lot of steroids that allow him to still have a nutty physique today with just trt.
@Buffalosabskis
@Buffalosabskis Жыл бұрын
@@MNZGamin They explain in the video other things that are still low or high years after stopping. Has he been natty all his life? I can’t say that, but if he has not used anything for a bit even to maintain the level of muscle takes genetics and a good work ethic. I assumed Matt was taking stuff most months out of the year. Great numbers Matt! Through your experiences, I believe we can all learn just how much lifting weights is a psychological thing. Looking back at your 220kg squat from Nov 2020, the slight difference in form and decrease in torso stability now is fairly apparent. Now if we think about what such an injury would do to someone with far less drive than yourself, we can understand why there are so many people in society that become disabled after getting injured. Keep up the good work mate! PS. At this point I might sound like a broken recorder, but it really is nice that you now have so much proof that you were always natural. That was impressive. I don't if it was discussed before, but if the testing included, not only PEDs, but also the masking agents that cover them up (preventing good, valid testing), then that really would be the best possible testing. And then comparing before and after power lifts... good for you on the quick and positive recovery. After an Achilles tear, putting all that stress on the tendon in a squat, and then having such positive, strong results really show how well your recovery has been. Good for you, Matt!

I will be honest, this is extremely inspiring and gives me hope as an individual, while I appreciate a lot of the bodybuilding influencers coming out as non-natural with the somewhat recent trend it is also discouraging in some way realizing that a good chunk of these people are on steroids as it's not something I would do nor can do due to health reasons. While I am aware there are other natural influencers I'll be frank often their physiques for me personally are either too bulky or too skinny so it started to seem like a choice of one or the other, but imo Mats physique is one of the best in terms of muscle size and definition ratios. So if with hard work I can achieve 60-70% of Mats physique I'll be ecstatic about the way I look. I did not believe before he was natural before which I think is very reasonable considering the current sphere of bodybuilding influencers. 💪

when a large majority of "fitness influencers" are clearly on PEDS its 100% not a shame, most laymen dont know what a natty build actually looks like when you have actors, celebrities and influencers all lying about taking PEDS and claiming its "DIET AND HARD WORK"...... diet and hard work only gets you so far natty, different body types hold and show muscle different we all know that but id say at least 70% are on PEDS or some kind of cycle.
@trencesmith1374

@@moffat5914 that’s a very bold claim. Can you back it up? Or is it your belief? We live in a culture where you are innocent until proven guilty. I take people at their word, and I see the best in people. You were no different, and in many an argument with others interested in this world, I always maintained I believed you were natural. These results feel like such a watershed moment and an incredible validation of honesty and integrity. For a change, this belief in someone wasn’t misplaced as it so often is (like Lance Armstrong for eg), and it’s actually so heart warming to see. You’ve been an KZfaq favourite of mine for so long, that if you were proven to be a fake natty, it would have truly rocked my confidence in how I perceive character. Maybe that sounds hyperbolic, maybe it sounds silly to most, but I thank you for always being honest, open, and FUCKEN REAL. This just supports these foundations. I haven’t had the need for the Morsia App, but I’ve now signed up and subscribed because you deserve it. What a legend. Well done Matty. Keep doing fitness. Um bro, to go from ~400 ng/dl in total testosterone to over 1800 ng/dl in the span of 3 months, when the normal human range is ~250-1250 ng/dl seems kind of impossible. Even the most extreme natural lifestyle and consumable modifiers don't usually cause a spike of more than 25% from baseline and you weren't starving when you you first got tested, so its even more interesting that your T values were so low initially given your relative mass and build around the time of first testing compared to the final blood draw.
