Honestly I accepted Endgame as the ending and Far From Home as the epilogue and just moved on. Only here to watch Gundam and wonder where they even went after that.

Man, I remember when She-Hulk started out angry and raged trying to deal with her transformation, then when able to control it became more of a fun loving character embracing her new self, how even though she was not as strong as Bruce (but more agile), she still held deep respect for him. Also did a lot of lawyer work. You'd think it'd just be a sexier Harvey Birdman series, but....eh.

Luke getting his hand cut off was an important lesson. His brash rushing into bespin nearly cost Luke his own life, and the lives of his friends. Not to mention one being kidnapped for years. It humbled him. It teaches character. It creates growth. Being able to brute force your way through every problem is both unrealistic and unentertaining. It's cheap, and is why Rey feels so dull when I do believe she had potential to be a great parallel to Luke. The old Star wars films followed the classic bad guy is objectively evil vs good guy is objectively right logic. But in the last however many decades people have craved nuances and deeper meanings. It could have been greatness... except we get nothing but Disney firing all cylinders, except it's a two stroke dirty piece of inefficient trash.

The Hulk hasn't smashed anything for 5 years now. Since Thor Ragnarok which came out in 2017. In my opinion this sums up the MCU currently. One of the strongest characters ever who rages and destroys now gives advice on spandex 🤦‍♂ He won't do any smashing or anything noteworthy at all in She-hulk either. She-hulk will do the smashing so she outshines the Hulk. This is the MSHEU after all.

Honestly I’m kinda furious ironheart is getting a show (movie idc) she’s the prime example of a tokenised Mary Sue and the highlight of her character was when thanos beat her ass to a pulp and everyone cheered . The audacity to try and say she’s smarter than tony when she copied his first suit in her parents garage when he made a new energy source and the suit from trash in a cave while dying is idiotic.

Only 4 minutes in, and I'm again repeating my mantra about the MCU: I'm so glad I stopped being invested after Endgame. It was a beautiful end to a long storyline. I've tried watching Spider Man Far From Home, but was in a grouchy mood and had to stop watching it LITERALLY because I can't stand Zendaya or her character Michelle (who's basically her). Her default facial expression is a mix of resting b×tch face, and high-minded and haughty. VERY haughty. I was also disgusted by what I read about The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, trying to go down the woke path in a few times. I love how they set this one up, in particular: Sam (also Anthony Mackie, himself) is from New Orleans, and has a sister who lives there. She goes to a bank to get a loan, and they give her a hard time and try to refuse her because they're secretly RAYSISTS and it's because she's black! I'm here to call BS on that because _I actually live near New Orleans_ and know for a *FACT* that the overwhelming majority of racism there is black-on-non-black racism, and it is _rampant._ There's plenty of it in my own city. Hell, you can be black and still.be victimized by these psychos for not being "black enough" in their moronic definition. What happened to Sam's sister would NOT happen in real life 95% of the tkme, *ESPECIALLY* in NOLA.

The really sad things about all of this is that every one of the people who hate the MCU and everything it stands for, at one point loved what they were doing. I include myself in that statement. Hulk from the source material (i.e.-comics) was actually the strongest one around, was not a coward, and didn't even know what soy was. In the Secret Wars from the mid-80s our heroes, Captain America, Iron Man, Mr. Fantastic, Hawkeye, and SHE-HULK, had a literal 150 billion TON mountain range dropped on top of them. The fact that the Hulk was there was the only reason they survived, because he was able to hold up the mountain range until they blasted a hole two miles out to the surface. Until the MCU has a real Hulk I ain't watching.

Genuinely scared for my boy Matt Murdock. I truly don't wanna see him get the MCU treatment, and have everything he went through be for nothing.

Phase Four should have been the epilogue of the MCU with Spider-Man: NWH being the finale, while the various movies and shows leading up to it all having good quality writing and storytelling instead of it basically being just 95% filler. (Except Eternals which never should have been made in the first place) Afterwards they’ve should have taken a hiatus for several years before going into the multiverse aspect from the comics, with Doctor Strange as the vanguard for it. (In his own film and not being a guest-star in the Scarlet Witch movie) But no, we’ve got to have quantity over quality which in turn will cause people to be turned off from the MCU entirety even more than what Endgame did with it’s very flawed ending to the Infinity Saga. (And that’s putting it lightly) Even worse is that they’re pulling from the “All New, All Different” version of Marvel moving forward; which is complete and absolute SHITE.

At this point I’m not angry, I’m apathetic towards Marvel. Because angry requires energy which ultimately continues to feed this crap. Apathy, on the other hand, is the kryptonite to it because can you really financially sustain a franchise when no one cares enough to give it attention? No. Just ask Feminist Frequency.

as a Comic nerd for when Comics were great (they died about 2012, and so did my interest), Kang has some great stories, he's a good villain and he's done some imposing stuff.. he just isn't frontline material without alot of setup, you can't just fart him out with only the Loki show to back him up.

As an artist in the film industry, I weep for the VFX artists who have to work on these Marvel films. Bad enough they're just crappy and lazy (story wise), but the artists are worked to the bone with disgusting deadlines, unable to make the CG quality they know they could given reasonable deadlines. But that's the name of the game, more movies, faster releases, and an ever increasing demand in quality. Good luck. I stopped watching with end game, that was the conclusion for me. Present Marvel sucks, from an entertainment perspective and a corporate perspective.

I was one of the mcu fans back then that was genuinely excited to watch each movie(except captain marvel, still haven't bothered to watch that) but I had fun and was entertained by characters and story that actually led to something but after endgame and watching bits of phase bore I start seeing the problems and their agenda they're pushing, the stories go nowhere and felt separated and I'm overall exhausted by the diarrhea of nothingness Disney is churning out(I enjoyed NWH though). I wish I was excited but I'd rather watch something worth my while like some good anime and the boys instead.
