Just eat between sunrise and sunset. With 6pm as the latest for dinner. Organic, fresh, local and seasonal. Nothing that you won't find in nature. Avoid the supermarket. Go back to the source. ❤❤

​@@poemmaurya9381this is lack of guidance. Around 4 to5 ltrs of water every single day. Break ur fast with vegetable juice like lauki. Then hav light breakfast as fruits like papaya apple or banana or otas with banana and milk.

What Hansa ji told is absolutely correct. Being an obese teenager, I used to follow intermittent fasting during the lockdown period for approx 5-6 months with very less exercise and I had lost 3-4 kg. But then I left intermittent fasting, I regained all the weight. This is a major drawback of IF. Now I'm again thinking of starting IF, not for a shorter duration but probably for lifelong. IF is a lifestyle. It's not a thing which you can follow for some months-years then again move back to your regular lifestyle.

That's true you have to stick to it if you don't you gain weight I am doing intermittent fasting for over a year but I wasn't working out so I put on weight now I am excersizing everyday and back to fasting it does get difficult and a bit confusing how to manage evrything so plz plan according to your body and skip if it dosent suit you I wouldn't say it makes whole lot of diffence it just keeps you in calorie deficit if you do it properly that you can do by fasting for less ammount of time working out regularly and eat healthy.

simplest waste to do intermittent fasting is only eat from sunrise to sunset instead of looking at any clock while fast from sunset to next day sunrise. incase of feeling hungry during night have warm milk or warm water during 6-8hr of night sleep. do it for a week first so see the effect on your mood/body and continue for a month and review your physical and mental health again and if feel better than make it a habit to live longer. avoid junk food n eat fruits and green leafy vegs, seasonal vegs with cooking options like boiling/roasting/air-fry/steaming/etc.

That's a great advice. Do listen to your body. Great. Otherwise it is being promoted as a way that everyone should follow it irrespective. I feel there should be a video on how one should listen to one's body because not everyone is apt to do it and some signals may be 'listened' to wrongly because of previous predispositions. Some indications, some signs - some method on how to listen to your body.

I losed 1 kg in one week by doing intermittent fasting. No fancy diet. What i eat Lunch :- Daal, Chawal and sabji homemade In evening i drink one cup tea. Then dinner : 3 roti and any sabji at last one cup cofee. Walking 30 mins nothing else.

Fasting at night is good. It's less painful. All i have to do is stop snacking at night. I start eating at 9am with a banana and an egg. If not available, brunch with rice, vegetables, dal and egg. Then evening snack of some nuts if available, otherwise two or three piece of cookies with a cup of coffee without sugar at around 2pm. Finish my eating window with dinner at 5pm with rice, vegetable soup, chicken or egg or any other protein source. I walk at least 10K steps 30 minutes after dinner to burn calories. Strength training like push up pull up squat alternate days. Supplement myself with B-complex and multivitamins No snacking at night. Just have coffee without sugar at 8pm/9pm.

Namaste! Does fasting includes sleeping time also? Means, if I eat my dinner around 8pm, (sleeping around 12am, waking up around 7 or 8 am,) So I have to consume my brkfst/ meal around 2 - 3 pm noontime

Namaste, When you fast overnight, your fasting hours naturally include the hours you spend sleeping. So, if you finish eating at 8 PM and break your fast at 6 AM, you have fasted for approximately 10 hours.

Hello,i am 19 years old girl mam! When i hit my puberty it was not special..i mean my hormones were so low that i ended up without proper development at age 19,even today my body look likes a kid... I took medicine for hormones...which disrupts my hormones (idk,maybe steriod was mixed or not) but after that i got face fat in my face,fat in thighs,calves Even though my overall weight is 45 kg only..but face fat does not match with my body...can intermittent fasting help me here?? Please tell me!!

But In pcos we have already insulin resistance.....if we eat after 16 hours it lead to spike insulin level frequently???? So it is good or not in pcos

You can try 12 or 14 hours fasting.... atleast try to finish your dinner at 7..

Good in PCOS ..... As it also helps with insulin resistance.......i have lost 6kg in 2 months of intermittent fasting in PCOS

Namaste, intermittent fasting increases acid reflux symptoms and can even be a trigger. It will be best to stick to 3 meals However, it is beneficial to eat dinner earlier in the night which naturally means a longer fasting duration at night.
