Thank you so much for this video, and for all your videos. I learn an amazing lot from you. Hope it's okay to ask questions here. My whole dancing life, I've been taught to keep my feet, legs, and hips completely still while performing twists in the upper body to protect my knees and feet from injury. Is that wrong?
