Quick question, I have this on Left side I just found out also that I have a ligament in there’s tear on it side. Is this okay to do with that? Do you think it could be causing the sacroiliac pain ?

Thanks for posting. Does the position in video with your right heel on ground and left knee pushed into hand for isometric push strengthening your left or right si joint? Do you lift up with both glutes or focus on one side more than another? Thanks again.
