Love it bro. We gotta massive heat wave here in the Philippines so I’m usually in the gym during the day, and do these exercises at night when it’s cooler. Keep the great work up brother.

Been following and training with you for a minute. you could add strength training every now and then. it is important for your weaker viewers to become more well rounded

Actually he does already. Weird you said he don't do any strength training while you been following him awhile. He is already using his bodyweight for strength training. Strength training doesn't always mean weights. As long as you use some form of resistance, it is basically strength. He does burpees, pushups, and others... But don't get offended by my comment.

I like to add, his training already building one of the muscles that you don't get from weights. Lean muscle. Reality, when you grow older, lean muscle is one of the most important muscles to have versus the fatty muscles(not literally, there another term or word use for fatty muscles).

Sir, you are doing great. But i think your warmup is not enough. There are some warm up exercises for boxing and other kind of training. You have to warm up you whole body including your joints and muscles to avoid injury while your kind of workouts and other heavy workouts. I think doing that will help you more
@Brandnuplaya25 күн бұрын
His warm ups are fine... he been training for years and is doing what works for him, having to do things a certain way is overrated, we as individuals know are bodies best, what works for you might not work for someone else, some can do a quick warm up and others take more time, whatever works is the way to go.
