Week 4 day 4 of this series documenting my powerlifting training for 9 weeks up to a competition. Today was the end of the week top singles day for squat bench and deadlift and I compare my strength to last week.

Can’t do 3 plates but hit 110kg bench weighing 76kg…was so happy with it.

@@lex494 I hope you have a good and fast recovery! Been there, broke my humerus, and I was so happy when I came back picking the smallest weights of my life

Honoured to get a Hadyn high five (although I weighed 105kg when doing 140 so hardly that impressive). Enjoying these vlogs for sure.

Really enjoying the series Hadyn. Have you ever tried hook grip? How did that go? Also would love to see the weekly program like in some of the earlier videos in the series 😁

Yeah I can do that on the first day each week actually. I have tried it for up to a year at a time and it always ended up worse. I have very small hands

I found using liquid chalk makes it slip more maybe just use normal chalk might help
