I'm going to take this challenge I'll update u guys results No sugar and dairy products 66 kgs currently I'm having little acney with pus on forehead and along the jaw side Day 1 (mar 25 ) :✔ Day 2 :✔(honestly as he said !! Cravings were at peak !! To control that I took chat masala to control cravingsss ) still I'm having acney I know we can't expect result in 2 dayyss but still Day 3:✖ its like not due to higher cravings its bcz I attended my friends marriage so ... Thats the reason Let's not give up Day 4 :✖ Day 5 :✔ Day 6 :✔ Day 7 :✔ You know this thing actually motivating me to be in consistent !! The second I stoped white sugar i can even Detect Sweet from Fruits and vegetables Since those guys have very less Sugar we couldn't detect it because we used to consume 100

Only macros gives your calories, there is nothing like empty calories. Sugar itself is a carbohydrate, only taking low carb food will reduce the insulin resistance. There won't be much difference between white sugar and brown sugar interms of glycemic index.

It's been close to 2 years now, I have stopped adding sugar and adopted black coffee... It's not for everyone... Find out what suits u better...
