Why Exes Don't Come Back If You're Waiting For Them. There is an energy that is felt between people. Often times when someone knows that you are sitting around waiting and hoping that you will return, they won't. They can feel that presence that you are going to try and manipulate them or lock them down to a relationship.
It's very important that you keep your feelings close to yourself and especially not let friends and family that knows your ex that you are still wanting them back.
You want that person to feel as if you are no longer sitting around and start to wonder what you are doing or if you even care anymore.

No contact isn’t for every one my advise would be to contact you for professional advice sometimes there’s no need to do it even if they only contact you once to get on the right path people think il do no contact they will be back it doesn’t always work like that contact the guy in the video people so you understand what your doing

In short: we are all surrounded by this magical "force" (or universal energy), and by some mystical mechanism, by getting obssessed and thinking constantly about a certain person, we are "feeding" them our energy without realising it, and that very person can feel that energy from us too. And as long as they are aware (unconsciously) that we are still thinking and crying about them, they will never think about getting back with us. So by moving on and forgetting about them, we stop feeding them this energy, and this sudden cease of "food' supply will (in most cases) urge them to miss us and finally crawl back to us, but the irony is that's also when we have finally got over them. So, either way, just move on, folks. Your ex's might or might not come back, it doesn't matter, what matters is you have finally improved yourself learning from the breakup to become a better person, not for them, but for yourselves.

CONTACT! I got contact from my ex at 2 am Saturday morning. She said that she is thinking of me and hopes I’m doing well. When she broke up with me, I literally wished her the best, told her I loved her and didn’t want this and to call me if she changed her mind. I have not contacted her once since. It has been 16 weeks of no contact. She reached out on day 114 and to tell the truth, I had stopped counting and I had basically given up on her. She may be just curious what I’m doing, but it is a great sign. No contact is brutal. I’ve doubted it so many times. Coach Craig and Margeret know what they are talking about. Trust them. NC has made me such a strong person and I know it has made me stronger in her eyes. It benefited me so much. If you’re in NC, stick to it. I almost broke down a couple of weeks ago, and I’m so glad I didn’t. I just pulled up a coach Craig video to get me through the really tough moments. Thank you so much you two.

Invest in yourself to the point someone else wants to invest in you and then keep going. A broken heart is one of the most painful experiences someone can go through. You can and you will get through it. it's something that can truly change your life you can let it break you or You and you only can choose to turn your pain into strength improve your life for yourself. We don't need another person to make us happy or feel whole you have the power to get up from the dirt brush yourself off and find happiness within yourself. Be a better you for you!

One year anniversary 💔 One year ago I got the dreaded “Can you talk?” text. He had sent texts like this before bc I have kids and he was considerate of my time but this time I felt it was different. He waited until 3:00 to reach out with no “Good Morning” text. He had been pulling away for a few weeks and my anxiety was sky high. He stopped hand holding and saying “I love you” first, being generally dismissive and unhappy to see me- at this point I was walking on eggshells and hoping for the best, terrified of losing him. When I called he asked “How do you think things are going between us?” And I honestly responded that I felt his pulling away and I knew we weren’t getting along the way we used to...he said he didn’t feel the same way anymore and he didn’t know if it was me, him or us. He said I don’t want to go on date nights with you anymore, or go away with you, or spend the day in bed with you. He said I only feel connected during sex and I don’t want us to become that. He said he really wanted things to work out between us and as much as the thought of me being with other guys killed him, he knew it was unfair to ask me to wait for him. He said it was me or no one and he was just going to be alone. I was devastated and depressed beyond anything I have ever experienced...and I’ve suffered miscarriage and a divorce. This pain was longer lasting and felt like loss of something I never had and wanted my entire life. We briefly spoke at his home that day when I showed up- a couple days later we spent the whole weekend together. He was coming back around and said I had been amazing through all this....then I blew up his cell after he said he was spending Thanksgiving with his parents and not with me. This time he called and said he couldn’t do it anymore. I know it was my drama- he said it started to feel like work. He said our relationship had run its course...and he didn’t respond to me for the next 6 weeks except a few avoidant words. This break has stuck. I felt dead inside. I went into therapy and listened to Coach Craig 8 hours a day. I researched and studied attachment like it was my job - I had to make sense of how two people who professed to love each other so much can end like this. I gave him some space. One year later, he’s still shut down, full dismissive avoidant mode, and will see me casually a few times a month. He responds when I reach out, but he’s guarded. He can’t trust me and my emotional stability. I feel it’s important to show up stable and supportive to foster trust. My heart is still tender toward him, but only in rare moments does he reveal his former warmth and affection. I’ve grown a lot. This break challenged and inspired me to change like no other experience in my life. I lost a guy I felt both tender love and passion due to my anxious attachment- yes, anxious/avoidant is a two person dance but I did nothing to deactivate it. I wasn’t aware and didn’t have the skills. So now, I try to be patient and understanding of his avoidant trust issues as I heal my past attachment trauma and work to be a better person and partner. I take things one day at a time. I have no idea where my future is going at this point but I do believe becoming secure without validation from any man was something I had to do to move to secure. Also, and this was important- I’ve forgiven myself for my anxious mistakes and shortcomings that pushed him away. The last thing I wanted to do was lose him and it’s what my fear of abandonment caused. I forgive myself, I’ve never had anger against him and I discovered that loving myself fully and unconditionally is the key to healing my attachment trauma. Best wishes to everyone on their journey ❤️

I had my ex girlfriend of 3.5 years leave me in October for my best friend they live together down the road from my house we’re she lived with me a month ago. I have to deal with seeing them every day on my way to town. It absolutely kills me I cry every time. The crazy part is she built up to this she planned it before so she can avoid the grieving process.i ate dinner with her and her family one afternoon everything was great then she said were done and took her clothes that night. I wish i can get her back I miss her so much she meant the world to me. I noticed a pattern in October of every year Wich is the month her father past away. She absolutely turns into another person she has turned cold and it’s like I don’t even know her.

Coach Craig, i know the majority of your videos was meant to help people with their break up and have their ex back, because its your expertise, i just want you to know the information you gave was so helpful to me in all areas of human relationship. To think I came here because a lousy 3 months relationship, i found out so much about myself i even forgot the main purpose i came her and im not really interested on the break up topic anymore. I would appreciate if more videos of relationships, how to get into healthy relationships and not too many focused on getting the ex back. I believe many people have the pin of the loss for a couple of months and then after no contact and they work on themselves and feel better the majority just want to show them what they are missing and reject them back and its not really healthy. But many of us really struggle on how to get into and maintain a healthy relationships.

This is a great video & topic. I'm going through a breakup - he cheated on me & is still seeing her. I found out in March but we were still in contact every day talking about it. On Friday, we spoke and I calmly told him I wouldn't be contacting him again, I was leaving him alone & moving on. He got choked up saying goodbye, I asked why and he said it was because we were ending... I'm heartbroken but I'm working on myself and will be okay. Thanks Craig and Margaret! Your videos have been a lifesaver for me..

That force thing you were talking about.. One day I was in the dumps and ended up finding an old song that reminded me of my childhood and how happy I used to be, it made me so sad that I pretty much yelled and cried myself to sleep that night. I had never had that kind of outbreak before and I thought guys couldn't even get that emotional. Naturally, I suppressed it and told nobody about the experience. Then out of nowhere, like two days after - my ex from 3 years ago calls me and told me she had a bad feeling that something terrible had happened to me. She had been watching videos that document the dangers of smoking which made her think of me, who had been smoking for 10 years at that point. So we talked about life and reminisced the past and even ended up getting back together. Now 2,5 years later, she broke up with me again and that's pretty much why I'm watching your videos now haha.

You guys are incredible! I'm currently going through NC. I pulled the trigger and broke up with my bf of 3 yrs. He's a dismissive avoidant and I'm an anxious attached. I've been studying alot about these 2 types of attachment. What I've learned is that all the times he pushed me away, stone walled me, gave me silent treatments, blew me off, had little to no sympathy when I was going thru something and also never once told me where he lived and let me meet his kids, ect. I learned that was all coming from an unhealed trama in his life. He was SCARED. And the kicker of all this was I KNEW he was scared. I'm also an empath. And this whole time I never even knew attachment styles were ever a thing! My soul kept picking up on things and my intuition kept telling me this man is scared of getting closer to me. Even tho I tried countless times to talk to him and I would calmly tell him I have no interest in taking away your freedom and that. He was still his own person. BUT.... when you are in a committed relationship and you love each other, which we did, TREMENDOUSLY.... You have to talk to each other. I have to know what is going on and how your feeling. I was kept in the dark with alot of things. He'd be so vague sometimes. And he knew everything about me. I was exhausted probably 75% of the time from this relationship. My bones felt like they had weights dragging them down. My spirit was beaten down relentlessly by his emotional coldness. It eventually got to the point my soul broke down, enough was enough, I put a stop to it. I broke if off, blocked him on everything and changed my number. I'm 5 days in, doing NC as well like I mentioned above. I found your videos a day after I ended it with him. I truly believe this is God's way of speaking to me. Because, not only am I an empath, which I've already stated, I have a close relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. And I KNOW.... He's going to come back. I feel it in my being. I do believe he is my twin flame as well. We are on the same wave length spiritually, mentally and while he is open emotionally, emotionally as well. We think the same way, talk the same way, like the same foods and drinks. We both are Republicans, both believe in God/the Bible, we both have strong family values. Our sex was out of this world, best sex of my life. We are insanely attracted to each other. We look completely different tho from the outside, he is everything I've ever wanted. But sadly, out of respect for myself and my emotional and mental health, I had to walk away. It still hasn't hit me fully, I know it's coming. Right now I feel relief. It was like a big heavy weight was lifted off of my holders when I finally made the decision. I want you both to know, you are saving me. And you both are saving others. You guys are worth your weight in diamonds. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for what you do. I KNOW you are saving people from committing suicide, I feel it in my bones. Mental health is so critically important. Idc how physically healthy you are, socially healthy you are, how rich you are, or your circumstances. If a person is not healthy in the mind, everything else will crumble. We all have to put our emotional/spiritual and mental health above EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE ELSE!!! Everything we do and say comes from the spirit and the mind. I urge everyone to dig into their soul and really think and exam your heart.... And then your mind. HEAL from within. If you are currently going thru a breakup, don't think about the other person, think about yourself. What you guys are saying is so true. Once we heal our minds and traumas, then and only then will we attract the good people into our lives. Each one of us deserves to be happy. So once again, Craig and Marquette, from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU! Keep doing what your doing, so many people need you guys right now. I wish you both nothing but wonderful things in your lives. God bless you both💖💖💖

@@miehinaharutomi9165 we're still together, will be 6 years next month...I'm miserable, it's like loving a rock, I have zero emotional attachment to him, his idea of "emotional bonding" is him telling me about work (which I give zero shits about) he had an on and off affair the first 3 years of our relationship, he has a 4 year old daughter with her. He still owes me money, that I'll never see. He lives with me and doesn't give me a dime for bills or rent. He cooks only for himself and destroys my kitchen about 3 times a week. I pick up after him on a daily basis, he's ruined all my cookware, several towels, he passed out one night and fell into the bathroom wall and put a huge hole in it. He still doesn't care about my emotional well being. He's still on dating sites, I've seen his phone a few times and he has several dating apps. I don't care anymore..I know love is something I'll never have. I have turned into a cold heartless bitch. I used to be so full of life and love, now I hate everything and every one. I've kicked him out a few times but he won't leave me alone. He is such a snake, he knows precisely what to say. I hate him. I wish I would have never met him. I'm a woman btw, don't let my little picture there confuse ya lol. So yea, idk what else to say. I told him right to his face I will never marry him. He can't even help me lift heavy things, heavy laundry baskets, widow a/c, things of that nature. I tell him often how much I hate him and how out of all the men I've been with he is #1 for treating me the worst. He treats strangers off the street better than me. He is so incredibly dismissive in every way shape and form it still makes my head spin. In 6 years he has taken me on zero dates and I STILL have never met any of his kids. I know I'm a placeholder, I've told him that countless times as well. I honestly don't care tho. This is it for me. I'm done with men. I have lost all desire to be in a relationship/marriage. I'm 44 and I know as a woman all my best years are behind me. I'm just gonna keep riding this out until I have a full nervous breakdown and then I will permanently give him the boot. The idea of being all alone speaks to my soul now. Coming home and nothing is a complete mess, oh God, what peace that will give me. What is really sad tho is that I lost myself years ago, he stomped on my light so many times that My spark has completely gone out. I know there is nothing to save with him, we never had much to begin with. You cannot get close to these people! They are so emotionaly closed off it's impossible to be close and have a healthy relationship. His sister who he is close to came to our state all the way from Boston Massachusetts, which is halfway across America and he went to her and they hung out for 2 days and never once asked me if I wanted to meet her or anything. Anyways, i don't want to talk about him anymore, all it does is add more fuel to my hatred towards him. Have a great night!

It's been up and down for she and I now for a long time. She is Asian and lives with the whole family. I am from the US, and the Diffs in cultures and finding out she has kept in touch and even confided in an ex about arguments she and I had, have strained this to the point where we are both upset at each other. I think I place this in the no hope category, but putting in Gods hands.

It's been 5 months since the break up and 4 since our last contact. She uses 0 social media and I don't know where she is or what she's doing. So strange after living together. The only thing I had was her WhatsApp and a picture she kept there that was our mutual joke. A couple of days ago, she changed her number. It hit me hard how a stupid thing like that could re-ignite the pain of day 1 of the break up. Oh well...

I know that we had a powerful connection even in the short time we were with each other. My insecurities, my smothering and my lack of confidence is what killed my relationship with her. I feel so embarrassed. And Ive been working on myself so much that I just wish she would see it. How does she see that im changing if we dont talk?! We work together but we dont speak to one another. And SHE was the one to say “I dont want to make it awkward at work” and I agreed and SHE is the one who keeps making it awkward when all I want to say is hi how are you...this really stinks coach craig. This video came at exactly the right time for me! Thank you! I was so tempted to reach out to him today, I’m 5weeks no contact, but this has given me the strength to stay away, regardless of how much I miss him. My situation is a little bit different to most, so I’m not sure how effective the no contact will be, but I’ll carry on anyway. It was an affair between the two of us, we are ex’s from 20yrs ago(see, ex’s do eventually come back!! 😏) both of us unhappily married and strongly connected, but circumstances have caused it to end. So I’m not sure what the future holds for either of us, I’m prepared to leave my situation for him but he has pulled away because he’s scared of the repercussions, which is understandable. But he needs to realise what life without me is like, so that’s why I’ve gone nc. I’m not sure if you’d ever do a video about affairs and no contact but I’d love to see how and if that works in the same way as a normal break up. FYI neither of us wanted to end it, it was forced upon us. So, if nothing else, the NC is helping me move on and get distance from it all, of it’s not meant to be for us. And your videos are helping immensely. I know the situation is not ideal but the heart wants what the heart wants, we just made wrong choices back in the day and now we are where we are. 😔

S Silini He may be unhappy but heavily invested with his wife. Don’t believe he’ll leave. Move on- work on your marriage or separate. The current situation is unhealthy - you’re doing right by severing ties and no contact. No need to trade one set of problems for another. Stay strong!!

S Silini I can relate to you 3 NC I saw a video that says when you are with a married man it’s a very different situation and that the NC rule doesn’t really work because they have their spouses to fall back on and they really don’t miss you.... it also says that eventually they might come back but only to use you and get whatever they can ! It’s an awful situation

I need a little advice too, please: ex-girlfriend broke up after 10 years of INTENSE relationship (lots of people dying around us, we´ve been caring about them, she´s got borderline and "helper syndrome") because I was having my "ass behind the computer" for the last 3 years, trying to improve my company which was not going well anymore. Instead of finally moving to a new flat with her as I had promised several times and finally getting children (we both are 37), I´ve just always said "we will" and never acted. I took her for granted, but always told her how much I love her and we had very very good times too (an extremely deep love I never experienced before, from her side too). She has been waiting on on me for the last 3 years, hoping I would finally ACT, but I didn´t (or too late by the start of this year when she already said it is too late). She told me she lost the love and respect completely and that it will never come back and met a new guy a few days before moving out that showed her "how normal talking between a man and woman could be", as we had a lot of disputes because of the situation within the last years and both have been very "picky" on each other. Anyhow, she is still dating the guy and told me it´s going well and that there are deeper feelings already by now (3 weeks after she left me, meeting him just a few days before she decided to move out). So she moved out just 3 weeks ago while I was sleeping (said she would not have been able to leave me because I would have been crying again and her "helper syndrome" would have kicked in) and apologized many times in her text message and asked if we could stay friends, as she does not want to lose me after all these extreme rollercoaster ride that we had together. We had just 3 days of no contact after she left, then I stupidly agreed to be friends as I could not take the pressure of losing her completely out of my life. Since then she is in almost daily contact with me, asking how I am doing and I am always telling her that I am fine, improving and accept her decision (and I actually am, changed a lot of things in my life, finally was able to "fix" my company, moving to a new flat in the next weeks on my own too and understood all the issues we had and worked hard on me psychologically too with my psychologist). We also already had 2x 5 hours phone calls and talked very friendly and even with fun (we always loved to talk to each other for hours in the relationship about just everything, including our problems) about all the issues we had and she was extremely surprised that I understood all of it out of sudden. She always said "wow, is that you??", "your next girl will be happy to have you like this", "if you keep on doing like this, you will even get a girl like me again!". I´ve also met 2 girls in the meantime already and am still dating 1 and going out a lot too, posting nice pictures of me having fun with new friends on my social media (and she always checks those within just minutes!). It´s not really going bad for me to be honest, but I simply still love her and know where my heart really belongs. Right now (3 weeks after the breakup), she is still reaching out to me almost every day via WhatsApp, asking how I am or what I am doing and sometimes where I am going, as well as for help with some computer issues which I have provided to her - without her thanking me for it, which I didn´t like and told her and then we got into a little discussion that I am on the one who messed up and she has so much "credit" with me for taking all the crap of the last years that I did. She is also always telling me that, "although I don´t like that he is not a big talker and his face is not the sweetest one", it´s going better and better with the new guy (which is completely different than me and likes all the things she does which I never liked) and that they are about to go into a relationship most likely soon. I am not sure how I should act from here on, I have NOT contacted her the last days like I did before (asking how she does), so instead she is contacting me now about every 24 hours with questions she could have answered on her own. I´ve been delaying my answers for hours, telling her I am busy right now, etc., but I really have no plan how to move on from here to get her back. I am already showing confidence and she knows about the girls I am dating, yet always say "I really wish that you will find the right one for you, I am not it.". Please help! :-)
