Great interview mate, maybe look up Stan Efferding rather than Gymnasts because he has the same idea when he trains. He is an IFBB pro but also competes in Powerlifting and does two different training cycles; One for Hypertrophy and One for Strength. I wonder if this will apply to Calisthenics, What do you think Jacked VG?

I train Fl/ Planche each other day so 7 days a weak, im an intermidiate from what i heard this is not recommended at all but i dont have a problem with this since i let my opposite muscles recover 1 day. shouldi keep doing this or change my program
