I went on a date with a man who was confused about why the woman he was engaged to turned out to be a crappy mom after she prioritized him during their relationship instead of her children. What you say is 100% right. People never own their own choices… it is for both men and women.

I found that writing down your “non-negotiables” and “nice to haves” is a great filtering mechanism to save you time in the vetting process. It also helps you to better understand yourself… If not you just wing it and considering most men don’t have great intuition and lead with their eyes (and another thing that rhymes with stick), it becomes like rolling the dice…

My mother was the narcissistic type. I don’t talk to her anymore. My father was always the goat. I try to look at her mental illness as a benefit. Dealing with her mental illness helped me to notice red flags in my intimate relationships. I’m 24, not perfect, and have dumped 6 narcissistic women that acted like my mother.

A good barometer, but incomplete. Life is not so simplistic as an 8 minute Psychological breakdown of 2 polar opposites in Single Mother's. Most fall in-between the extremes. Therein lies great complexity. But for Pop Psychology this is a very good start for vetting for both green 💚🍀💲 & red flags 🚩🚩🚩

I dated a single mother with 2 kids. She had a masters in psychology. She used called her ex narcissistic and psychopath etc etc. then if I do anything wrong she used to say I was like her ex. And will call me narcissist and other words. She would weaponise my deep traumas against me. We broke up so many times over 3 years but I kept asking her back. Now it’s gone and it’s a struggle to rebuild myself from the ground. The problem is seeing it from the start. It’s not always clear or you are just in the emotional loving state. Remember and keep to yourself. Don’t ever be stripped away because as you learn, you realise as well who the real narcissist is

Hard disagree with this one. It's not that you should get to know which kind of single mother she is, the question is whether or not you want to bother taking the risks and opening yourself up to all the pain and issues and drama and headache in the first instance. Ask yourself why do you want that? Why are you bothering with it when there's plenty of women out there that don't have this drama and baggage you could put your time into? It's like knowingly seeking out a woman who is an addict. This doesn't make her a bad person deserving of scorn and judgement... But what is it about YOU that is making you interested in a hardened alcoholic that you're pursuing her, rather than one of the millions of women who don't have an addiction?

Ok. How about a single moms who doesn't allow her child to have unsupervised visitation & toxic grandparents from father side meaning, sexual abuse of a child and meth addict family members abusive father, sex addict, porn addict who watches porn all day at the presence of her child? Is she a red flag? Serious question. Until her father is rehabilitated for several years, only then we can discuss more visitation. I'm for amicable mature co parenting, if an ex is not an addict and doesn't have rage/anger issues.

You're amazing, lots of truth here, yet some single mothers deny the fathers to be around the kids because they are dangerous and toxic for the children... of course those are the men they chose to be with.. so their mistake there!... but moving on they HAVE to keep the kids safe and away from their fathers. That said for the most you make a great point!

Yes, she considered that possibility. At 8:04 she says: "So if she has blocked access to the father and if the reasons are anything other than regular and consistent abuse to the child, then chances are she is a toxic single mother and one you should stay away from." It's very likely Sadia, since she's a psychologist, means physical as well as emotional regular and consistent abuse.

Great advice and videos. I'd like to know your opinion regarding what to do or how to handle a woman who flirts with other guys .not often but a few times. Does it show weakness to not confront the guy? Why get into say a fight for a woman who shouldn't be doing that in the first place. She should be respecting me in the first place. Is it better to walk away ? Doesn't that make the other guy more attractive if I don't do something?

You are labelling a woman as a 'bad mother' because the father is not present in the children's lives? Do you know women escape abusive marriages? that there are men who abandon their children? Men who never pay child support leaving it to mother to carry all the financial burden. The way you often make sweeping generalisations and talk in absolutes depicts your poor understanding of human nature. It dangerous how you issue these edicts. Co-parenting involves two people and just like a relationship it takes both of them to work effectively.

Right?? It's not that I didn't vet my ex. I was 18 and just entered a new religion, disowned by my family and met him, hsi family has a reputation and we knew each other for 2 weeks before getting married. I've seen first hand how the grandfather abuses the grandmother, I'm saying he'd literally 'SWIPED' the dinner table, with all the food on it, because he doesn't like a dish! And I've come to realize day by day my ex agreed to his father's behavior towards his own mother and does it to me too! I have a responsibility as a mother to not let my son grow in an environment such as that. How? I let him see his son and let them poison his mind? It wasn't until I got into religion classes that I realized how much my ex and his family twisted their own culture and thinking into 'religion teaching'., it was overall just a toxic place to be, how could I as a mother putting my son at risk for that??? He blocked me and got married not a month after the divorce, had a baby with her. Sadia needs to states these 'exceptions' out so people that doesn't subscribe to her Patreon don't take her words out of context... I still have a lot of healing to do myself, I plan to let my son be close to his bio father once he understands the good and bad, at least to navigate the world of emotions you know?

I'm a person who doesn't gives compliments to my girlfriend on a regular basis cause I don't see that as a Focal point,to show how much I value her ,I'm literally always there for her ...but she sees compliments as a big deal because every guy compliments their partner... She is making conversation with her difficult and in the end she claims to be the victim...

I will say there is a difference between a baby, girl, woman, mother, and lady. These are 5 different entities. Learn how to become a lady of virtue and ask yourself are these the words of a loving nurturing mother ? Do the words match the actions ? If not then she is probably not the person you should be selecting. men leave women because they don't feel appreciated it's not complicated - be authentic, don't play games, be respectful and accommodating - the right kind of compliments at the right time often go a long way, it takes alot of practice, no one ever said it would be easy, find that person inside screaming to come out, only you can find that person inside yourself I first discovered Sadia during the lectures from the soft white underbelly channel, a charming and classy lady whose advice I found to be life changing, yes I said she's lady and not just some woman

What is a woman who has been with a real narcissist suppose to say? 🤷‍♀️ And these are all real victims who most of the time suffer horrible abuse and have ptsd? I think a mother should not be allowed to say anything about her ex-partner if he really abused her. Some mothers are in the hospital after meeting a man who knows how to put his best foot forward. And many women don't get the best education at home about love and marriage. But then to tell someone she is a bad mother because she was young and naive and fell into a trap is ridiculous!! Don't portray the man as the victim if he is the abuser. And let the single mothers show their hurt side too!! What you are saying is very toxic. People should be more judgemental and keep away the women who only had to suffer because they were young and immature. That doesn't make them bad mothers if they also want to work on themselves and put the child first. Maybe that was the reason for leaving the abusive man because he was not good for her child. I would be happy if you could think outside the box and realize that there are not just two types of single mothers in this world. But honestly you don't know that because you're speaking from books and not real life. If you were a single mother you would know more. It's sad that people learn from you to push women into a corner and treat them with less respect. I would love to see empathy in your videos which is very often not there....
