Awesome video mate. Takes me longer than 10 mins. Last one i did had 22mm return pipe wedged behind plate hex so i had to loosen flow manifold and pull it forward hahaha

Thanks for that video very helpful you didn't put the diverter valve back in though in the 10 minutes lol . This is a better way to do it than cut the cold water pipe as you can also change the seals doing it this way .

Hi. Thanks for your message. This is the correct way, in my opinion 🤓. As, cutting the pipe option may not, always be feasible. Especially, if the pipework under the boiler, is not neatly done, or is a "spaghetti Junction", as I call it 😉

I’m sure I’ve replaced a plate on this model, if not definitely the older model, where I cut out the hot pipe outlet and replaced the plate without removing the pump

Well. One might need to cut a few more pipes, on top of the hot water only, if the piping under the boiler's been done by Plop the Plumber😉

I have fault on worcester 30i erp D4 341 temp sensor fault, does it need new sensor or fault is elswhere, new to breakdowns

Hi. This fault points to a faulty primary sensor as well as a few other possible faults. This fault is pointing to an issue, which is causing the boiler, to Not be able to dissipate/ circulate the heat it is generating. Can be due to a wiring fault, faulty pump, incorrectly positioned Motorized/ mechanical valve, dirty system pipework, radiators or even boiler's main heat exchanger.
