I needed this routine in preparation for my zazenkai! But that’s not why I’m commenting. This is probably your fastest k!! A blistering fastball strike (k for strike 😄). Hendrik Zetterberg wore jersey # 40. He is one of the best hockey player Sweden has ever produced! He is also a class act all the way! Best and classy describe you and your channel too Joëlle! Congrats on hitting 40!!

@@YogawithJoelle Looking forward to the new knee pain video! I’m not sure if you remember, I requested in one of my earlier comments for a knee routine to support my meditation practice. I was so grateful that you actually made one and was shocked to hear you refer to me by name on the video as having requested for it! So yes, that was 2 years ago! That video has been used by many of our sangha members to support their regular sitting! A new one will be a welcome addition. I don’t need to share it with them like I did before since many of them are now part of the 40k 😊 Thanks Joëlle🙏🏼

Thank you so much for making this video I have bad knee that it feel like I need to crack a bone and I always see hemisphere and hip yoga but no knee yoga I think you should make another knee yoga and combine the ten minutes yoga practice I had watch with it too. You have been a wonderful teacher good blessed

Thanks for this video. I have been dealing with knee and hip pain in my right leg. I have pins in my right foot. When my shoes begin to wear out, that is the first place I feel it. This felt amazing. I will be making this part of my daily routine. Along with the foam rolling.

I cant express how much I love you so much! Ive just done this one and your other short one for knee pain - I felt something pop back into place and now my knee feels miles better then it did before. @@YogawithJoelle I don’t even bother look for anyone else, if I have any pain I come right to your channel because I know that your stuff is going to work coz it has every single time!! I’ve done your one for wrists, back, ankles, knees etc coz I do yoga every single day and end up with some sort of pain (mainly from doing too much downward facing dog 😂) so keep up the great work coz u truly are appreciated!!Your voice is super soothing too and I love the fact that I can still do yoga when a part of my body is in pain thanks to u. Thank you for this practice. I have both knees replaced. I’m a couple of years from this surgery and I’m looking to improve knee flexion. Today felt lovely and meditative, as well as physically helpful.

This was a much needed practice for me. It's been a week since I did 108 prostrations while one knee was a little sore. Predictable that left knee became super sore and slightly swollen after the early morning prostrations! It continues to be sore a week later. I've been doing all your knee routines. Thanks for the help Joelle!!

Two months later, the soreness still lingers. Continuing to practice all your knee routines. Longer yin practice is perfect for weekends. I inserted a bead into a string with each of the 108 prostrations. At the end, I have a 108 beads prayer bead. This was part of the temple stay program in Korea.

Thank you for this practice 🙏 I am wondering if you could develop a session that would permit yoga in the recovery period after knee surgery. If not, no worries at all, but I thought I'd ask just in case it's possible. It's a time when I might be holding tension in the body and yoga is one of my main allies for that but, post surgery, I know that I will need to take extra care. 💗

You're very welcome! I'm so glad you're thinking about taking care after your surgery. I'd certainly recommend checking with your doctor to make sure you're cleared to practice and that certain moves are appropriate for your individual situation. Thank you for practicing with me! All of those practices are quite gentle, so I think it's a lovely idea to combine them that way, so long as that feels ok in your body! You are always welcome to spread them out over longer than 7 days if you prefer.
