Cole is my favorite. I’ve had such a migraine from horrible tension in my neck and upper back and this just made me feel loads better! I have had back problems since being pregnant and she has helped me out of my daily back pain and suffering. I recommend her to everyone! 🧘🏻‍♀️

I've been having neck and shoulder pains for about 2 weeks and today I (finally!) made time to practice some yoga for more than 10mins. Was really looking forward to some "me time" with Cole. When I do yoga it's always with her, I totally love her relaxed (and sometimes witty) style, the clear and precise guidance, the pace is ideal for me and all in all I admire Cole to pieces! Thanks to the whole YOGATX team, after 45 mins of yoga - 2 videos - my neck and shoulder pain is almost gone! Super grateful for sharing your work with the world :)

holy smokes that was just what i needed. as a hair stylist we are hunched over and using our arms and neck all day. i also have old back injuries so this was perfectly challenging enough forgiving been out of practice. really appreciated this & will be recommending to all my stylist, mom and restaurant friends!!

I used to have shoulder and neck pain for over a year. I tried all sorts of treatments and many different exercises, but only your exercises helped. very grateful. I find the language sometime difficult.

I've been travelling for work for the past 3 days doing a lot of walking, sitting, airplane riding, note taking, climbing, etc. I was feeling so stiff and this was just what I needed and was so quick and relaxing to do in the hotel room :-) My neck and shoulders feel magical now. I've been battling shoulder impingement pain for months and just started trying these yoga sequences as sort of a "last resort". It's early yet but I seem to be feeling much better. Thanks Cole!!!

Ashlee Brooks Lol, awesome, these are the comments that really keep Cole and the rest of us going! Super awesome that you mention another neck and shoulder video, she is a massage therapist as well, and in a video of hers that I'm editing right now and should be publishing soon, she intros with, "this is going out to all my massage therapist friends who gotta be over people all day..." and goes on to do a really extensive neck and shoulder flow specifically for the position that massage therapists are in for extended periods of time. Anyhow, thanks again and thanks for watching, that massage therapist video will be out soon, I'll see if I can let ya know ;)

I have fibromyalgia and disc problems and arthritis in my neck and back....and this helped immensely. If it weren't for videos like these I wouldn't know where to turn being that the chiropractor really doesn't help nor does pain medication. So thank u.

I've been going to a spinal rehab center to get adjustments and do some strengthening on their equipment. The X-rays they took show minor scoliosis as well as my hips being out of alignment and my lower back being too curved. The hip misalignment explains my left knee pain since it causes my left leg to be longer than my right. While testing on one of their machines to see how strong my neck is I strained my neck and it's been really sore for most of the week to the point where it is very inflexible and my range of motion has gone down a lot. I've been icing it and now two days in a row have done a neck and shoulder video of yours. Sometimes I feel like I should just do yoga daily and stop spending money on chiropractor visits. I may be able to keep my hips aligned by doing specific stretches to help with that and do other things to help with my back. I guess I'll at least go for a bit more then get adjustments if I feel like I really need them. Thanks for the videos, I with I could say I use them every day but I do appreciate them when I get myself to pull out the mat and follow along.

it's obvious that you know what you're doing, but the way you stumble over your words, say the wrong body parts and pause in strange speaking cadences is extremely distracting. I honestly am sharing this with the best intention so you realize some people are receiving your message this way.
