As a South African and as a local (living in Pretoria), I'm very happy that you had a good time here! 😃🥰FYI: my hubby is Swedish, so I've been to Sweden many times over the last almost 20 years to visit my in-laws there and I have also had to get used to taking off my shoes every time I come back inside after I've been outside, which I find very annoying, haha! I still cannot get used to it, no matter how many times I visit family in Sweden! The reason why they do this is because there are no domestic helpers/workers in Sweden and you have to clean everything yourself. Also, it usually snows or rains outside all the time (they have a terrible climate compared to ours), meaning that you cannot come into their homes and bring all that snow/mud into their homes. They even have this rule for gyms, where you have to take off your shoes and then put on your actual tekkies with which you want to exercise. If you rent a holiday cabin in Sweden, you must clean it up yourself and take out the trash to a special place before you can leave, otherwise you will be given a very expensive fine for not doing it! It's also true that no one says grace (prays) before a meal in Sweden. At least 80% of the Swedish population is atheist/agnostic. The tap water in Sweden, no matter where you go, is of course perfectly safe to drink. And you will notice that Kish is used to walking A LOT (he was walking the whole time while he was recording) and that is because people in Sweden mostly walk everywhere, when they are not using the bus or the train, so they are generally more fit and much less overweight than South Africans in general, haha!

22:39 22:39 Namibia was first a German colony from the late 1800s till 1915 when South African troops seized the capital and the remaining German troops surrendered. German colonies including 🇳🇦were seized when Germany lost WWI ( treaty of Verseilles). 🇳🇦 was then mandated to South Africa by the League of Nations (1920s). Mandate was meant to be a temporary arrangement. South Africa violates the terms of the League of Nations mandate and effectively annexes 🇳🇦. -the entire territory. A consequence of this is Apartheid laws enacted in 🇿🇦 apply in 🇳🇦 too. Namibian political prisoners are also sent to Robben Island. So in sum: German rule 32 years, SA occupation 72 years. Namibian liberation struggle 1970‘s (aka South African border war) which is an armed struggle against US backed South African troops is fought in southern Angola. Sam Nujoma (pronounced Nuyoma) and others lead diplomatic efforts at the UN. UN passes a Resolution for 🇿🇦 to end its occupation of 🇳🇦. 1990 Namibian Independence. *Walvis Bay enclave remains a part of South Africa until 1994 when it is given to Namibia.

And you’re taking my time watching my videos for free. Send me money so I give to him! Y’all are very quick to yap nonsense as if we are out here to give money to everyone we speak to and our expenses surpass whatever income and also some cheap ass viewers like you can’t even support the page. And btw if you were intelligent enough to watch the video to the end you would see clearly that I looked for him after I settled down ad have him money without him asking. But ofcourse you lost fingers are too quick to type and judge. Get tf outta my page

My first day in JHb CBD, as a young 16 year old on a school trip, I was stabbed three times in the gut for a Vodafone, R120, and an empty bag. The people laughed as I begged for help and the group of friends I was with called the teachers and ambulance. 12 years later and I'll still not set foot in that filthy city.

I think SA and Namibia are the only countries in Africa that had apartheid after the colonizers left cos it was a different thing from colonising,
@hirokoherwamanyami3542Күн бұрын
Apartheid also happened in Namibia under the Afrikaners regime after the Germans left Namibia the Afrikaners were told to oversee the independence of Namibia but instead they started their own apartheid regime on the Namibian people and everything that Mpho said also happened to the Namibians, no white bread for blacks, pass for blacks if visiting towns from villages, no gatherings, locations in towns were divided according to tribes, the Afrikaners were living in the suburbs far from blacks

South Africa is the Richest country. It is unfortunate that we have a corrupt and self centered Government of the day. We have the richest president who leads the poorest citizens.
