There’s more a 2025 model: few but noticeable differences are the auto folding mirrors, fully digital cluster lifted from the my23 entry level sportage, intelligent speed limit assist as per European July 2024 directive, improved lane follow assist, no auto blip of the throttle in sport mode.

You will see us with one because they are on a huge discount with a sizeable deposit contribution at 0% APR. I tried getting a Hyundai or a Kia but their finance quote was still less desirable than the Honda. It’s not the best but it’s not bad either now that the price has gone down a lot.

The start stop system can be turned off with the physical button next to the parking brake in the center console as well as in the entertainment system. I do agree that everything is one button press too much.

Why is it so noisy in the car, that would drive me mad.

Oddly I’m not sure but the mic has picked up a bit of background noise. It wasn’t that loud inside. Hence hearing the sound bites when changing experiences.

Nice review. The auto shift is only for the 158Bhp engine. Also, there is no 48 Volt hybrid system. It is a 12V starter/generator.

Hi there Dean. Thanks for your comment. As this was an overseas launch and hotter temps than the UK. The average bear would struggle wearing jeans in this environment and would be sweating all over. If you are a regular to the channel you’ll know I do present my myself with Jeans and a AB top. I do apologise as my sexy legs can be distracting!

Great review - I have the exact same model, and I’m achieving 50 - 55mpg regularly in urban driving with a best figure of 65mpg. Having traded in an Ariya with a range of 300 miles, I am now overjoyed not to have any range anxiety at all, and, seeing a full tank lasting 450 - 500 miles easily.

Excellent review mate. Needed this. Although I am in a SERIOUS predicament. I’ve to choose between a 1.5 TSi and a 2 Litre Diesel TDi by next week! Both 150bhp. I do a healthy balance of long distance driving and also just town driving. HELP!! 😅

We have had the N line s EV since march 2024. Wireless car play is fitted to ours, so i guess around christmas 2024 they added the update. Only 3 things are annoying in the 1100 miles we have put on it. 1)no sunglasses holder 2) cruise control is a touch fussy turning on if you are accelerating 3) flock lined cubby holes would have been nice. Good parts 1) perfect size car in relation to the front / rear and boot size proportions 2) the frunk is big enough to take both charger cables and manual (to free up the glove box) 3) heated and cooled front seats are the most comfy we have ever had. 4) the EV goes like a stabbed rat in sport mode (2015 bhp 65kw/h battery is the only option in the ev N line s)

Do not buy this vehicle. This CVT is a mess. Pure transmission problems.
@krzysztofwirszyo656310 күн бұрын
You write nonsense. The version in the video is e-Power, it does not have CVT. The mHEV version has a CVT gearbox with gear simulation. I have been driving this mHEV for two years and it works very well. Zero problems.

Good review but you didn't mention the floods we are having. I have a brand new Mazda CX-5 and I am looking at this in Premium spec as my next car. I am oldskool and love the idea of a CD player. Bluetooth connectivity with wireless Android Auto and Apple Carplay is troublesome. I have front wheel drive, I am sick and tired of trying to get out of a junction with the tyres spinning up, traction control kicks in and stifles forward propulsion. I am not interested in 0-60 mph times. You can have the best engine with rubbish tyres, a poor loose road surface and anything written on the brochure claiming a set time is needless. I don't need a satnav telling me to turn off the junction we have just passed. I need a car that can be used every day in every weather, through potholes, over countless speed bumps and flooded roads. I have to stay home in my wheelchair if the weather is being a pig.

Great review. I have the previous generation with the 1.4 boosterjet, this has 140hp and a great old fashioned 6 speed auto gearbox which is a highlight of the car coupled with the 4WD. The only reason for thinking of getting rid of it is the rubbish suspension but it looks like its much better in the facelifted version but I couldn't live with the much lower power and poor gearbox so I will have to look elsewhere.
