Unfortunately as humans, we like war. We like war films. We like to watch boxing and mma. The Romans liked gladiator fights. We are a destructive species who enjoy watching and participating in horror and violence.

I have seen videos where English veterans of WW2 said immediately after the retreat from Dunkirk England had very little military materiel. They thought a German invasion at that time would have been successful. You can fight - yes. But only if you have the resources that are needed. Von Manstein was correct when he said Hitler was a "tiger" when planning, but a "wimp" when it came to execution.

Our gov't has done a great job demonizing drugs...but the reality is, some people legitimately need certain drugs seen by the majority as "taboo..." because they work. The Sumerians referred to the poppy as "the flower of joy," not the "flower of pain relief." There's a reason for that. Opioids actually work for treatment-resistant depression, even long-term...but our gov't / the DEA has decided that any drug that causes you to "feel good" is inherently bad. The great irony is that the one legal drug - alcohol - is considered the most dangerous drug in the world by WHO and other orgs, and has been for years. We're still losing more ppl annually to alcohol-related health issues (not even counting alcohol-related crashes / killings) than to fentanyl. In 2024, we're on track to see over 130k deaths from alcohol-related health issues like cirrhosis. But funny how they keep highlighting the drug epidemic while we televise ads for alcohol, presenting it as a substance that brings people together for care-free fun. Alcohol is the worst drug and for some reason, we chose to make that the acceptable substance of use / abuse. Prohibition doesn't work - didn't work for alcohol and we've effectively lost the "war on drugs..." drugs won. People have been using drugs since the dawn of man - that will never change. Bodily autonomy includes far more than female reproductive rights. I'm certain our founders would've included something concerning the right to decide what we put in our own bodies if they'd have thought the gov't would criminalize such rights in the future. We need to legalize 95% of drugs (with very few exceptions) and tax them at 30%. The taxes alone would pay for detox, rehabs and outpatient treatment / social services for those wanting sobriety. Plus, legalization would bring in quality controls, thus saving countless lives from accidentally taking counterfeit drugs. It would also cripple and bankrupt the cartels in less than a year. No one would buy their drugs when you could go down the street and buy whatever your heart desires - and it'd be high purity as it would be pharmaceutical-grade. It's just that our gov't makes far more off drugs being illegal - from everything to civil asset forfeiture for drug-related cases to the tens of thousands of jobs lost once the DEA is shuttered and all the police depts that would need to downsize from lost revenue and lowered crime. It'd also open up ~85% of the prison space for actual criminals. I guess actual, full legalization just makes too much sense for our gov't to employ. It's worked in other countries...the data is there for anyone interested in reviewing it. Legalization with a ~30% tax to support treatment / recovery / social services on a national level would 100% work, and it'd be far more effective than criminalization has ever been. Legislating morality has never worked - it's just another form of governmental control and overreach.

And yes - Dexedrine (dextroamphetamine sulfate) was the "go pill" used by the US military in the Vietnam War. It's ~1.7x stronger per milligram than Adderall, but with less side effects as it doesn't contain "Levoamphetamine;" amphetamine is a double isomer drug - the L-isomer has much more effect on the peripheral nervous system than the D-isomer, while the D-isomer (dextro) has the majority of the "positive" effects of amphetamines, such as increased alertness, increased confidence / concentration, lack of need for sleep, the ability to perform physically challenging / rigorous tasks longer without tiring, increased strength / stamina and even euphoria in higher doses. Unlike Adderall, which is 75% dextroamphetamine and 25% levoamphetamine (or, back then they had "Benzedrine," a precursor to Adderall that had 50% dextroamphetamine and 50% levoamphetamine), you can take doses of Dexedrine for days on-end without experiencing a slew of negative side effects that come with formulations containing levoamphetamine...these side effects include nervousness / anxiety, tremors, negative mood / dysphoria when the medication wears off (also known as a benzedrine / adderall crash) and even paranoia. The levoamphetamine in Adderall provides a bit more of a physical "kick" than pure dextroamphetamine, which is more-so a drug that increases mental awareness and decreases need for sleep, which is partly why levoamphetamine-containing drugs also come with more physical side effects...but the Levoamphetamine is also included in order to help prevent chronic / acute abuse as taking adderall in excess, or in order to stay awake / alert for days on-end makes you feel like absolute crap. The negative side effects are far more pronounced with racemic mixtures of both L and D-amphetamine. This is partly why Dexedrine was preferred for use as a "go pill." Yes, Dexedrine can still cause negative side effects similar to what benzedrine / adderall can induce, but it's less likely and the symptoms / side effects are less pronounced for most people. Dexedrine is still used today for ADHD, narcolepsy and off label for short-term use in weight loss for obese individuals. I've been prescribed both Adderall and Dexedrine over the past 10 years, and I chose Dexedrine. It's much smoother and easier for people like me with co-occurring ADHD and anxiety disorder. I've also been on Desoxyn - which is literally pharmaceutical-grade methamphetamine hcl. That's why meth is a schedule 2, not a schedule 1. It has limited medical efficacy. There's also the misbelief that meth is more addictive than dexedrine / amphetamine...this isn't exactly correct. The only difference between the two is that meth has a methyl group attached which allows for far easier crossing of the blood-brain barrier than amphetamine, allowing for lower doses to be used; it also lasts a bit longer than amphetamine. I've been on both for long periods of time, and I can say having quit both cold turkey for a tolerance break, they were equal in terms of withdrawal - I had no physical w/d symptoms...only mental. Fatigue & lower mood for a few weeks, then I was fine. Amphetamine / methamphetamine isn't physically addictive like Heroin / opioids...it can be psychologically addictive, but that's really it. Also, methamphetamine in low doses has been shown to provide protection of brain cells for people with certain conditions. Look into it - they've done studies on this. Bottom line, the DEA likes to make people believe that meth is some super evil drug that will addict anyone with a single use. Not true. It should also be pointed out that for use in ADHD / narcolepsy, etc., doses don't exceed ~40mg daily. Illicit meth abusers / addicts typically use far larger doses each time to achieve a high, to the point of using anywhere from ~100mg (1/10th a gram) to 1,000mg (1 gram) in a single dose...be that smoked, snorted or injected. It's the misuse and overuse of amphetamine / methamphetamine that's dangerous. I've been on prescribed amphetamine / methamphetamine for over a decade, and have my labs done every 6 months...all my levels are great and my heart has been assessed and is healthy. It's too bad methamphetamine gets such a bad rap - Desoxyn is a terrific drug for people with moderate to severe ADHD whom also deal with co-occurring generalized anxiety disorder / treatment-resistant depression / CPTSD / PTSD as it's much smoother than even dexedrine and doesn't trigger anxiety attacks or panic with proper use. In fact, Desoxyn helped alleviate my chronic treatment resistant depression I'd been suffering from for over 2 decades; I tried so many other drugs to treat it with no effect other than some nasty side effects. But the Desoxyn addressed my ADHD, anxiety and TRD like nothing else ever had (minus opioids, but that's literally b/c opioids make you feel good, period...they're just highly addictive). People with ADHD and certain conditions that cause TRD or have depression as an accompanying symptom have been shown to have inherently lower levels of dopamine than people whom are neuro-typical. Even people with Borderline Personality Disorder have been shown to produce far less dopamine than the average person, which can cause serious issues with depression / mood dysregulation and increases suicide risk.

The Gulf of Tonkin incident is now known to have been a massive ruse perpetrated by the US in order to justify a full-on war in Vietnam...it never happened. No US ship was attacked by the enemy in Gulf of Tonkin. LBJ was just fine with initiating a full-on war in Vietnam - Kennedy was most likely assassinated by our gov't for refusing to sign off on the Vietnamese War, amongst other things, like promising to dismantle the CIA / cripple the FBI. The Joint Chiefs had all signed off on Operation Northwoods; that secret operation designed by the CIA would have seen thousands of innocent Americans killed by our own gov't just to pull off a false flag that would've justified invading Cuba. Kennedy said "hell no" - and that was about the end for him. He foolishly believed the Joint Chiefs / US military to be more controllable than the alphabet agencies - boy, was he ever wrong. LBJ was more than willing to give the military industrial complex and the alphabet agencies their war in Vietnam...he was well aware that JFK was being "removed" in order to place him - a "yes man," in office. If we're going to create content on past events, let's at least perform due diligence to ensure we're telling the truth and not regurgitating revisionist history as objective fact.

What would you do in weather, hot humidity, and a million style insects. Strong wind 110mph to 145mph. Heavy rain flooded between 05ft to 10ft. Read the book written by Waffen-SS returned home after battle of Dien Bien Phu in 1953. First Vietnam War. Reptiles, snakes, spider, leech, centipede, scorpio. You know how many pieces danger bacterium viruses in jungle Vietnam. Google. Can't beat the entire country. Can't win over Mother Nature. I watched documentary films of NVA now published. See people run to F4 just down. Saw 02 F4 pilot die in cockpit. Why these men not escape. Less question more answer. Force us to dead zone again. B-52 gunner testimony: they open the door escape when I'm still hold the gun in the back of B-52. In danger mission f--k that you live or you die not their business. Many USAF MIA can't find cause either committed suicide or decided down with his warplanes. Matter of time very difficult to find. Two jets of USAF shot down between border of Vietnam and China no one found!.

One reason I joined the Army was because of all those who served in Vietnam. I was obsessed with that war as a teenager. I got a MAC-V patch from an old SF CSM I knew who re-upped 4 times to fight there. Never talked about it, but when I mentioned MAC-V, he looked at me like I should have never known that acronym. "MAC-V?", he said and looked long and hard in silence. "I'll see what I can do", he said. A few weeks later he called me to his office and opened an envelope with the color patch inside. He got it from his brother who was an E8 and also served in Vietnam. He had taken the patch off his old BDUs. Tragically during the time the patch got to me his brother was killed in a car accident. "When it's time to go, it's time to go", was the answer of the SF guy. Hard as nails, as many Vets were. Thank you for your service and RIP. POW-MIA💪🙏🇺🇸
