How about comment from real pilots, they are the one who spent most of time flying, I've flown Cessna 172-180 206, and I prefer Boeing for the quality and comfortability, when you buy a plane your are responsible in maintaining your owned plane, as the airlines goes the same. you cannot blame Boeing for the maintenance of airlines

Boeing was not obviously paying attention to each plane manufactured! It’s a shame, the board of directors need to take responsibility here as well. They need a major overhaul and the unions need to step up as well, their personnel and Boeing management at the floor level have created chaos for themselves. Airbus is being attentive and keeps on building!!!

Have been flying with B787 on SQ, QR, TG, and WY and A350 on SQ, QR. Based on my experience, the A350 is better than the Dreamliner. The cabin feels more spacious, quieter, and more comfortable. I only fly with KLM on their B777 and it is kinda okay, but if they opt to get A350 in Their fleet, I might give it a try.

As far as I know, both the 787 and the 350 are fitted with RR Trent engines. So, how much quieter is the 350? Better isolation from outside noise?

@@Dirk-van-den-Berg I don't know how much the decibels are, but I can notice it right away when I switch the airplane (I’m mostly on the window seat near the wing both in SQ & QR). It might be due to the cabin ambiance and the fact that the a350 has a wider cabin & seat I think.

We have flown long haul on KLM via Amsterdam for many years and turned away from them because I feel absolutely uncomfortable flying with Boeings Dreamliner or any other model from their newer production line. My trust in Boeing is meanwhile fully gone and I'm glad to hear KLM is turning to the A350! I guess meanwhile there are many people out there who focus on the aircraft type as I do when searching for flights. If its Boeing I'm ain't going! 🤷

KLM is beholden to the group that it belongs to &/or owns (Air France-government-shareholders) the group.The 787 can fly the ultra long distances that it is said is one of the reasons that Airbus was chosen. Currently, Boeing stinks like rotten…

@@nicofink5678 Uhm A321 and A320 have a freighter variation, A350 has a freighter variation, A300 has a freighter variation and the A330 has a freighter variation those are the ones that can be ordered from the factory or converted.

You are talking about Alaska Airlines, Ryanair, American Airlines? They decided to go all Boeing, mostly because of financial reasons and are reaping the sour fruits from that imbalanced decision. They don't have to retrain pilots, no new groundengineers necessary, and they get a big discount for large orders.

They are to supplement the 787. The A350 is a 777 replacement. Their 787's tap a whole different market....
