Great job, your walkway is beautiful! Thank you so much for this video. My husband and I are attempting our first concrete stamping next week and this info helps a ton!

Great video - I am wondering how I can use this approach for and existing concrete walkway - without consulting with me, my husband had a 34 ft. walkway laid to the front door made from ugly plain grey concrete patio stones(24x24). Your technique, if possible would pretty up this walkway - do you think it's possible for me to do??????

I clicked on another video that claimed it was “easy” but looked very difficult and tedious. This was exactly what I wanted and needed. Thank you!

For the frame's length you made it 3" longer than the mattress. Is that for the headboard? I'm really trying to see how you did the headboard, but it's kind of tough.

I actually learned a few things from this video. However, I have a 'cement' project to deal with, pouring cement one inch thick around the cement supports of my balcony. I built a 3/4'' thick box around the cement block I want to re-enforce. Any tips?

Awesome video... I am planning something similar (steps not a walkway but basically the same) and I have 1 critical question. From the moment the concrete is ready for stamping, how long do you have to work it? I'm hoping to be able to order the concrete truck for the pour but I am a bit concerned I won't have enough time to stamp all steps before the concrete gets too dry

You need to add more flotation at the end of the walkway.

Why bother using a post if you are going to compromise the integrity by notching it as you did? Aesthetically it looks good, but if somebody leans a significant force on that post it is going to split vertically.

I might have missed it, but what release powder did you use (and color) and did the concrete have any pigment mixed in or color hardener added? I like the color it turned out a lot

That looks so expensive. Tons of curb appeal and home value for a diy.

Just a simple tip! Tap the form work with a hammer 🔨 that will raise the air bubbles, and make it easier for a top finish 👍
