I was still in middle school when this show was airing and I absolutely loved it.

This show was garbage.

I had such high hopes for this idea. It kind of reminded me of some of the crazy antics that we used to take part in, but some of them just took it too far. So disappointing

The show was hated during its original run, which is a shame. I really liked this show.

The show really has a big potential to be atleast popular as same as South Park and Family Guy. Atleast at the 3rd place of popularity between those shows mentioned. And if they do, they should 100% to make this happen with the help of Rough Draft Studios, like to get back with the traditional, hand-made animation style, not like the animation of the movie of this series. And of course maybe to have a more focus on online platforms to put the series like how its Clash-A-Rama.

It was a hidden gem. I had the creepy susie book as a kid and loved the show.... Yvette didn't get enough screen time! It prob explains a LOT about me. I've heard so many awesome stories/interaction's regarding fans w Angus which is so cool to hear. Your room looks like it would be sooo much fun to play in for realz

Such a great show. I never sensed any genuine hatred or malice in its writing, just a complete lack of taste or tact compared with an irreverence that I think easily outdid family guy and south park in that regard

That depends on your definition of "adult". Originally, THE FLINTSTONES was aimed at adults within the Standards of Practices rules of 1960. It was the impact of the Norman Lear shows that pushed the content of WAIT 'TIL YOUR FATHER GETS HOME." Perhaps it's a matter of saying politically aware and edgy, or mature and topical subject matter. Television was becoming accepting of these subjects by the 1970s. And this show was syndicated, not a network show, by the way. What is the problem with cartoons having "action?" That was supposed to be the idea behind them being "animated." Even with the limited budgets for television, Hanna-Barbera found ways of still creating action to enhance the entertainment. These shows are heavily dialog driven and the action more subdued because of the nature of the writing, which could have been done for live action. And speaking of animation, there is actually more full body movement in this show than the earlier cartoons using Limited Animation and separately animated body parts as in shows like THE FLINTSTONES. One of the things that makes FAMILY GUY boring is that they are just talking characters in Hold positions that only change poses using there frame spastic actions with an occasional walk animated on ones for some fluid action. And by the way, the episode about Alice's Dress was a see-through top, NOT topless.

I mean, for a show that basically is the definition of trash TV, Drawn Together was perfect. It's funny when you talked about Ling Ling's voice actress, because her being casted as a stereotypical racist stereotype won't fly nowadays, because actors give up their roles for actual racial representation now. But I loved the show, it was unhinged and the humor was pretty amazing. Also it's funny nowadays I see the show referenced with Clara, because Tara Strong is zionist among other things, so I see jokes that she wasn't just playing Clara, she WAS Clara. lol
