The AP is also very useful for keeping track of how many battles that you have fought while you are getting points for "Attack" on the exam paper; you get exactly 1 AP for each guard, so basically you can just keep track of the points that your Abilities have got, until you have reached 75.

I somehow got elemental on the lunar base, so now it has all the rules and got no way of abolish them.

I was able to abolish 'Random' and 'Plus' with the two girls. Random: I grabbed the rules from the guy near the save point, then saved/reloaded, didn't draw, and played against Diamond (the girl on the left). Plus: I grabbed the rules from Xu (the girl near the hangar exit), saved/reloaded, drew 10 times, and played with Diamond (the two girls). Just know that you don't need to load a previous save in Disc 3 to abolish rules. Just do some back and forth, try things. Once you abolish a rule, you're on the right path... Totally doable inside the Ragnarok in Disc 4, thanks to Fuzz who taught us well. 😎

Wow! This worked like a charm. Currently playing the switch port. I always refrained from getting the gold chocobo because it felt like a lot of work. Got this done in under 20 minutes. Quite impressive!!

This is why I won't buy Rebirth and part 3 of the remake trilogy. Also, some mistakes you made: 1. You do not need save data of a finished game to get the bonus. You just need save data, i. e. you can start Remake, save, and get the bonus without ever finishing Remake. 2. Your comparison with the Final Fantasy XIII series is a false equivalence. Final Fantasy XIII-2 and Lightning Returns are sequels while Rebirth and whatever part 3 will be called are different parts of the same game with the same story and characters (in addition to new characters, of course). The OG Final Fantasy 7 had 3 discs, the remake has 3 parts. Imagine if the OG Final Fantasy 7 reset your party to some arbitrary level and removed everything you've worked for at the beginning of disc 2 and then again at the beginning of disc 3.

There is a reason to have the dlc weapons available for beyond the dawn. It isn’t their power but for cosmetic purposes. Once the weapon is “obtained” by the characters it can be used in the outfits menu as a weapon cosmetic option so you could have the look of the silver weapon with the stats of the most powerful weapons you have equipped. This isn’t like a huge boon but it does mean that if you like the look of a specific dlc weapon you can have it available in the beyond the Dawn expansion. It might not really matter for the silver color weapons but could be cool for the cameo weapons for the tales costumes like having the weapon that looks like velvets claw for shionne’s matching outfit

Dont be fooled by yagu spawn. When you zone in you need to walk forward a few steps to see if it has spawned. I zoned in over 100 times on a 25% spawn rate before i noticed this 🤦

The great crystal and Omega MK XII Can get right in the bin! Managed OMXII on my 3rd try. at high 60's. played this game a few times back on PS2 and again when it came out on PS4 but my the time I beat Yaizamat I was spent lol so never actually tried Omega and never really knew where it was. That fight is hourenodus I'm not sure it's possible without Reverse honestly. unless you get the lv99 wither off a few times. but yeah as he says you absolutely don't need to level 99 as long as you've got some decent gear and a Reverse/Decoy strat. Easy enough. He ANIALATED me the first time I fought him because I went in, knowing about the strong 2 shot laser attack but not the fact that he absorbs elementals damage so Dark Blade and Excalibur kind of did me over lol. Apparently Gendarme is useless during this fight because he ignores evasion? just something I read not sure if it's true but it didn't seem to be blocking to be fair. NEVER going into that F'ing crystal ever again for as long as I live.

I always enjoyed this part of the game. Not because I like the quest, the quest is just delay of game garbage, but I love how people keep telling Vaan how long and hard they've worked to get a few Chops, and then we just get a Sandalwood in an afternoon

It's kinda sad they didn't bring Biggs and Jessie after SHinra HQ. Even in the late game, you can't come back to sector 7. I was hyped when i saw the changes, but a bit sad afterwards when i didn't saw them anymore.

You can just throw a rock at that 2nd switch as well instead rolling over there trying to catch that cart before it takes off after pushing the switch.
