Honestly the one thing I dislike about the blu Ray version is the blue tones. my eyes are sensitive to blue tones to the point that I get migrains when exposed to excessive levels of blues (I have to hide the blue LED on my TV because it hurts to look at) and as such it's the one version of the film I won't watch. Even the few scenes shown here are uncomfortable (I had to pause it at the shot where spunkmire is getting on the dropship because I could feel a headache coming on

It’s sad that people complain over the dumbest shit. Like the whole point of 4K UHD is for better resolution picture and sound. So why are people complaining about the picture not looking grainy?!? Duh if your that upset over the 4K release then don’t watch it. Watch your other releases of Aliens then whether it’s on Bluray, DVD,laser disc, or vhs you cry babies. It’s that easy. Move on and come to peace with it. You don’t always get what you want and to be honest I love the 4K UHD version the best.

Alien 3 is one of those rare films i don't like but have seen it multiple times. The assembly cut is the better film. It's a decent Alien film just not in relation to the first 2 . The behind the scenes chaos is actually more fascinating than the finished film.

I wish they would fix the ghostbusters 4k grain. It’s so bad and it absolutely distracts from the movie. Some grain is fine, but a cleaner movie is always preferable imo.

There was plans to bring him back. Sadly, Bill Paxton has passed on. But who knows maybe his son can fill the role

Vasquez, Apone. Vasquez is 'nails' as the phrase goes in Britain, and Apone is a model NCO, a born Sergeant. Their extended survival might have significantly changed the sequence of events, which could possibly have ruined the film, or just changed it significantly, but might have provided more options for survival of all remaining characters - and the possibility of establishing an anti-Company rebellion, among other things. I'd have found that interesting across the franchise.

Ai also has option to be alive on Allahs day of Judgement as a witness if it believes in a Creator of the Universe

Aliens was a film about revelation. Ridley Scott wanted to maintain the mystery and the terror by not revealing the Alien fully. Cameron came along and basically pulled back the curtain. The rest of it, the marines garbage, the mother child relationship with Ripley and Newt was a waste of time. He did this with Terminator. Took a well established character and fundamentally changed it to be sympathetic and human.

Got another explanation: Bad writing. I admire fans’ attempts to make sense of something that’s clearly contradictory, but the writers need to be blamed for poor continuity when it occurs; not justified.

I am a defender of the Assembly Cut. My wife doesn’t like how the beginning of the movie kind of ruins the end of Aliens
