Here's the thing; I'm literally nobody in the sea of people on this platform. I'm okay with that. So... we all collectively grew up with this story and while I feel some went over my head as a teen as an adult I grew to appreciate some of the stories told here. Especially this one. I was especially close to a friend that grew slowly romantic over time... and well... I didn't treat her as well as I could have and she just suddenly "disappeared" . She'd talk to me like nothing went wrong... but everything changed and slowly we drifted apart. Slowly stopped talking. It was only recently we really reconnected and had a real talk about everything. Nothing will ever be the same again, but it gives me a sense of closure knowing... I wasted nearly half a decade wondering "what I did wrong" to push her away to the point she wouldn't even tell me "why"... talking to her again... I was able to "throw my pocket watch into the river" and time finally began to move again for me.

A girl I dated a few years back gave me a very personal note once, and then one day we just stopped talking and she blocked me. I was always looking for the reason as to why she ended up deciding to leave abruptly. I got hung up on my memories of her and tried to understand her decision. All this time felt I was living in a memory. Watching this episode helped me understand it is not the best to live in the past so I decided to throw away her note just like Jet did with the clock. It might sound corny but this is honestly why I love Cowboy Bebop.

That sounds like you chose Third Eye Blind, a Semi-charmed life with days of living traded for seconds of dreaming, a Background hospital trauma, and now your life is extraordinary, yet very few people care or understand and this is the basis of this 3 Libras horrorscope.

I had an argument with my wife one night. I got mad and left. When I came back she and my 2 month old daughter were gone. She had done this before so I tried to not let it bother me. A week pased and she didn't come home, she didn't answer my texts or calls. Later the next week when I came home from work, all her things and some of the furnature was gone. She left a few of the things I had given her over the years. I just sat in my empty apartment for the longest time. I had my dog and my cat with me, I didn't know how to tell them she wasn't coming back.

Is the scene on KZfaq where Elisa finally tells Jet why she left ?
@geoffreymesser21218 ай бұрын
This whole scene gets to me, but one thing I can’t help but notice is the bobbing bird, it keeps going through the conversation. The ice in Jet’s glass shifts when some of it melts. Symbolizing that time really does pass, whether you want it to or not.

You're going to be good, man. Even though you hurt, maybe for longer than you'd like, you'll be alright. All the best.
This hits me really hard….fuck….. I can relate .I waited until the world reopened after the pandemic. And she never came back. I decided to leave the country and make a new life. From the new country I am typing this on my phone. Still numb. But time doesnt stand still I guess. Cowboy Bebop fucks me up as an adult but as a kid all I cared about was how cool Spike was. Now it is a tragic anime in my eyes as an adult.

While Jets experience here is very relatable and she left in such a terrible way - I think many people don’t put light onto why she left. She left because she had no purpose being with him - he took care of everything. She had no room to be an individual nor room to explore the challenges of the human experience. It was the secure lifestyle that jet provided which drove her mad enough to leave. Focus up kings - make sure to view both sides. ❤️

The episode was a failure because this story could not be told within 50 minutes. It needed to be a two-parter, or even better, Lal needed to be around for a couple of episodes, and then you have the admiral show up.
