Just watched a video on quilt history by Mary Fons. In the video it showed a lot of interesting & beautiful quilts & she explained the ones that were the most intricate were Not pieced by the rich who had access to expensive fabric at the time but by their slaves in most cases

So much useful information in this video. From the name of the instruments to the names of villages where cumbia originated. The demonstration of each instrument to how they all sound together is GOLD. I always preach “study the history” of many dance styles. This video helped me study and learn Cumbia. Thank you so much, truly.

Mahu weren’t real man this world is messed up. You think chiefs would let a man dress as a woman.? They killed men for eating with women for crying out loud. Everything was Kapu. Don’t believe this non sense and I’m Kanaka Maoli.

I couldn't have hoped for a more interesting, well made, informative and thoughtful video on cumbia !!
This is a real Khan from Lao people since I remembered a couple years back when I was younger at 8 years.

Would we say that these are the first Hapa ?
@Uluhe6 ай бұрын
No. Hapa is the hawaiian word for “half” as in half Hawaiian and half another ethnicity.

Jesus Christ saved my life he can save yours to. No body is perfect except Jesus Christ. So he was the perfect sacrifice for the world and he became that sacrifice. So that we can be perfect in God’s eyes all we need to do is. Repent from our sinful wicked ways and surrender our life’s to him. Jesus Christ. Repent meaning acknowledge and forsake your sins. Know you have sinned and know you are not good in God’s eyes. Forsake meaning as in try your absolute best to not sin. We have to be clean and filled with the Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ said we must be born again to enter The Kingdom of Heaven. God bless you all. I love you all may you all find Jesus Christ as your Lord Savior . God bless brothas and sisters ❤❤! Thank God ❤️
