Awesome build, it’s coming together. The cabinets are amazing. Wish I could afford some cabinets for my RV renovation. Maybe I can in a few months because I need some tall ones, microwave cabinets. I will definitely keep you in mind and see how much you will charge me.

Called the lawyer, seems there's not really a lawsuit that can be filed for taking a day off, so can't sue you. Bummer, right?? The drawers came out looking fantastic!! This Chase guy got it going on with that CNC machine and making it work. From inspo photo to real life and totally nailed it in between! This is going to be one fancy bus once it's done in 50 days. Way to giterdone!!!

That’s actually pretty good news! I’ve been in hiding for a few days waiting on a letter from one of Thanks so much. I’m thinking I’ve got a pretty decent grasp on this machine and the software by now, but I know there’s a ton more to learn.

How do you get around with out getting your mail and dr appointments

We generally get a post office box in an area we’ll be for a month or so. Doctors appointments are easy to schedule so we just plan routes around when we need to be certain places.

With Chase on the job, this bus is not only be complete for the June camp dates, but it's going to be done to perfection and is going to look fantastic. Or, it won't be anywhere near done and you'll go camping in a half baked bus. Either way, gonna have to stay tuned in to see what happens cause it's fun to follow along.

The fridge is kinda sad😢 looks like it holds a mustard squeeze bottle basically. Waste of space.

I mean, it’s 4.6cuft / 130L. Last I checked a bottle of mustard is definitely not that big. Haven’t seen much larger in a van, but who knows, you might be looking at putting a house fridge in a van 😂

Because keeping all of the windows makes for a very hot or very cold interior. You surely haven’t seen many Skoolies then.

I just did this on the bus we just bought. Thankfully there were no rails, most of the seat bolts came right out but the vinyl floor covering didn't want to come up so the plywood seams could not be exposed. Circular saw was used to make smaller sections. It took about a day and a half all by myself. It's a New Mexico bus so minimal rust. Glad that part of the demo is over! Happy building guys!!

Our first bus was like that. Bolts came out so easy. This one was a nightmare, but I'm glad we did it. These floors were absolutely disgusting. Glad it's over as well. Good luck with your build as well!

Hurry up and get that bird out of your space. I had a bird in my garage and then all of a sudden It was 3. I don't know what exactly they did in there, but they made everything fall from off the easels and picked at everything and I mean, it was just stuff all over everything. They made a complete mess in my garage. It was feathers everywhere it was horrible. Get them out ASAP!!!

Those are some great custom cabints, Chase! I was really worried about the new color until it dried. Wow--It is perfect! I have never done a lime wash and thought it was only an exterior treatment. It looks really nice!

What kind of paint is the top paint. I love the way it looks💜

It's a limewash paint, which is kind of like a watery ultraflat paint. This exact color is Sevilla from Portola Paints. You apply it in that hatch/cross pattern with a 5" x 2" stain brush. It's on top of multiple coats of another of their limewash paints called Kashmir. Kashmir was just way too light for what we were going for.
