For someone who is beginner, it’s ok to take breaks….no need to push yourself too hard.. if u will push yourself too hard, you may end up doing workout for some days only..

I'm starting to workout again after a while, hoping to build strength and confidence. First time trying this its really difficult and I stopped for a minute a few times but finished it!! Hopefully in a few months i will be able to do it all the way through without pausing the video

This video irked me so much. I wanted to check out a core workout video to try and to rate and it's a woman playing with her 🐶. I put my dog in his room when I do my twenty minute workout. Some found it adorable, I was totally annoyed it. You should have a video entitled working out with my pet/dog😊
