This was amazing. Just goes to show that slowing down and concentrating on the execution, breathing and crunching of the abs is so challenging yet satisfying after the rounds! This is something to go back to. Thank you for a fantastic 10 minutes. 🔥👍❤

Wow for 10 minutes that was tough! But I liked the creative moves, not your typical abs workout. Loved it!

I am 62 and not as nimble as you. I can't do the routine as correctly as you. I do feel a burn but I am cheating. I could do with a routine that would prepare me better for this challenge. I attempt this exercise after I have worked out with kettlebell or stretch band. Thanks for posting it is an eye opener
