Love the new music added to the playlist in the beginning! You tricked me with the last clip! I thought we were going to do burpees when we were at rest as the preview showed something different! 😂

Day 1-Feeling the burn but one of the best ab workouts I've done! Day 2-It burns, definitely doing this for 30 days though!!❤ Day 3-Not seeing change yet, but can tell it's working! Day 4-Didn't feel like doing it today but pushed through it! Day 5-No results yet but going to keep doing it! Day 6-Complete Day 7-😢didn't complete Day 8-Turns out I was able to do it it but ate horrible today Day 9-Ngl forgot about it Day 10-Feeling good about this Day 11-✅ Day 12-NOTICABLE Day 13-Doing great but adding two more days so I'll have it for exactly 30 days Day 14-✅ Day 15-✅ Day 16-Made it this far Day 17-complete Day 18-complete Day 19-complete Day 20-Sorry I didn't write for long something happend and it's been a lot Day 21 & 22-Complete

love it ! in your editing though it shows in the demonstration on the last move, plank shift, but in the sample up in the corner you are doing prisoners or something !!

Day 1- i couldnt finish it fully but did 8 minutes of it and really feeling the burn Day 2- wow i really am feeling the burn its awsome Day 3- tbh it started off alot harder today but wow I can already see a difference Day 4- I skipped it for 2 days cuz I was busy but did it wonderfully today and really feeling it! Day 5-done✅ Day 6- DONE✅

I've never seen anyone else exercise so slow like this, in slow motion almost lol. I'm not complaining at all, in fact I enjoyed this one, I'm more curious if makes a difference. Anyone know?

Doing strength exercises at a slower tempo allows for you to maintain more control throughout the movement. It also helps target muscles through the full range of motion. In general doing an exercise slower is best for gaining muscle.

Does anyone else feel this in their back and not their abs? I’ve tried to make sure that my back is flat on the ground and not arched but I still feel pain in the middle of my back and nothing in my abs. Please let me know what I could do.

Given the info provided its either the floor/injury or you simply not engaging the abs properly. As an example its common to arch and hurt your back with leg raises as the abs are underdeveloped. Try leg raises with bent knees and focus on your abs doing the movement. I can relate and some back pain is expected for most of these exercises.
