Join me for a 8 min INTENSE CORE WORKOUT for a spicy routine targeting the abs. There will be a few challenging movements in there, but modifications will be provided throughout. Im obsessed with your workouts. Love that the routine is always different and no repeats. I was wondering if you would consider doing a wall workout, I’m seeing so much hype on tik tok and other social media and I would love to see you do a video, as ur whole appearance, voice and music helps motive me more every day

Loved this ab workout! Mini rests that explained the new exercise prior to doing them, also gave enough time to do the exercise. I notice when other creators only do 30 secs per exercise then by the time I figure out what I’m doing , time is up. Thank you! You got a new subscriber !!

Trying to motivate myself to do something other than just yoga. This was great. I am not a fan of weights in general, thought I know how good they are for me. Loved that there was no repetition of exercises. I'll be back!

This one was insane. I always find ab work extremely difficult and I therefore try to avoid doing it. Don’t get me wrong, this was tough but I managed it ❤ Glad i didn’t scroll past this one

This was really tough but I did it😊 I don't think my core has ever been so engaged as when doing these. Perfect short before bed abdominals. I'll try this for whole of April.

@@hallecarlson6880 Tbh I only continued for a week not as I intended but I noticed slightly more definition which was good for a week and no fat loss on the scale. I'm going to try again for a month properly to see!
