Thankyou Lauren! This was great. I always feel good after one of your sessions. I find with alot of others channels they are too fast paced and I end up feeling bad about not being able to keep up or under-performing. I feel accomplished after doing your workouts. 😊🙏🏼💗💪🏽

Heyy Lauren thank you so much for your videos !! I usually try to do 3 videos a day , how long do you suggest doing these workouts a day ? Should one video be enough 3-5 times a week or should I just do as much videos I can a day ?

Hi! I’d recommend doing this workout alternating with some of my other core workouts 4-6 times per week. Have you checked out my Postpartum Ab Program or my Diastasis Recti Repair plan? They’re both under my KZfaq playlists. I also have a new Ab workout plan that went up yesterday and will be a 10 workout series!

Hi Lauren, thanks so much for your reply! I have also been doing the DR maintenance, so I guess I will just continue and alternate with the Advanced Postpartum Ab Sculpting. Your videos have really helped me to slow down to really learn and target my area of weakness (also compounded by scoliosis) and have been wonderful in my recovery from a recent back injury. Postpartum, for me, was actually a very long time ago! Many thanks again!@@laurenfitterfitness

Hello Ms Lauren. I love your workouts. They have helped me to tone my postpartum belly considerably. But sculpting isn't showing up. I have been doing this workout for 2 weeks now. How long do you think it will take to have flat belly and loose the pooch? Do any other factors affect. I'm mostly on a calorie deficit. Thank you so much.

Hi, Karthika! Thank you for doing my workouts and good for you for being so consistent! For me, it took several months. Exercise is part of it, but so is nutrition and most importantly, time! Your body needs time to adjust hormonally postpartum, which can cause you to hold onto extra weight, especially if you’re breastfeeding. And, you have greater caloric needs as a result. That has been the case for me; so I’ve retained some extra weight and will until I wean my daughter. So, be encouraged that what your doing is working; it is a slow progress but with time, consistency and good nutrition/supplements and making sure your hormones are balanced, you will see change!

Hei! I finished your postpartum ab workout all 4 phases. I feel pretty strong and I'm 6 months postpartum. Do you think I can safely start this workout? I don't really have diastasis... just a very very small muscle separation above belly button, just barely one finger.
