Hey yogis, this week I'm bringing you a simple but fun 20 minute beginner vinyasa flow yoga class for strength and flexibility. This is great for yogis just getting into their practice who want something slower paced that still hits all the marks.
We'll move in and out of poses slowly to build balance and foundational strength. You can expect a really good stretch in your hips and hamstrings as well. No props required!

Love the sessions Kassandra. They've been so valuable over this lockdown period. Thank you for the excellent range of various length of classes to enable anything from an hour's Yin class to a quick 10 minutes when I only have that time available. The classes set up the day well, provide a wonderful stretch and always slow down the breath and mind. Thank you.

I love that you are really doing and holding the shavasana within the video. I was so sunk in laying and relaxing, that I almost forgot that the video is still running and when you started talking in the end I thought "oh oops, kassandra is also still there". It feels a bit like doing yoga in company why still being focussed on myself.

I have to say, that I am most grateful I´ve found Kassandra on YT when I wanted start to practice. She is my only YT teacher, I love her sessions, voice and behaviour. She acts so modest and calm. Her flows are excelent!. And maily she does the lessons for us not to exhibit as other YT teachers, therefore she is motivation itself.

There's been such an increase in demand for yoga while people are quarantined, and I have found many of my yogis wanting yoga to help calm the anxious mind, and keep us all grounded in these uncertain times. It really isn't about the poses, it's about creating a calm space in the mind (AND releasing tension from the body!!) Our issues live in our tissues - so important to keep our mental health game strong! Keep it up, best to you, namaste

Love these videos! Kassandra is so specific explaining the poses that it’s hardly necessary to look at the screen. It’s also always helpful how she guides you through each pose, allowing and reminding you to take it as far as your own body allows. These videos are a life saver for my boyfriend and I! We live in a boat and YOGA is always very helpful for this lifestyle. TYSM Kassandra! 🙏🏻💝

i’ve been having health problems worsen since i had covid in january and i’ve been dealing with disabling back pain. it been really difficult coming to terms with the things happening to my body and the way i feel about it mentally, but i saw a video of zach from the try guys getting it together for himself because he has chronic pain due to ankylosing spondylitis and how much getting more active helped him be free from his pain and that really pushed me over the edge. if he can do it with a disease that is so strong and can literally fuse bones together i can do it with my pain only coming from part of my body. i’ve been putting off helping myself this way for a long time honestly, and your 10 minute routines are perfect since i dont have to do a lot of work or spend a lot of time on it since i don’t have the urge to exercise yet but i know eventually i will crave the stretching and head rush that comes with it. just thank you.

I never comment, but I have to say. I always quit workouts and yoga vids in the first five minutes because it is too hard long and fast. I’m quickly worn out and get discouraged. I finished this entire workout without taking any shortcuts. This is actually on a beginners level while still being engaging and challenging. I needed this. Thank you so much.

I used to do yoga often but haven't done any really this past year, so a lot of my flexibility has gone. This is an amazing "beginner" yoga or if you're out of practice. I LOVE the flow into every position, one of my favorite videos!
