One of the reasons I started to practice yoga was because my spine was just really killing me. I had so much back pain I sometimes couldn't be on my feet for more than half an hour, at an age of 20 years!!! Yoga is seriously just one of the absolute best things you can do to heal your spine and free yourself from back pain, especially if you suffer from scoliosis like I do. In this video, I've put together some of the most effective exercises that have literally changed my life. I hope it will for you as well! The important thing is definitely to be consistent with your practice and keep on strengthening the spine by doing this video or any other video or class as regularly as possible.
