That long lunge at the end was fantastic! I've done months of PT and many YT videos and this is the first time I've seen such a lunge and it felt fantastic on my hips. And your advice to immediately walk around after doing the moves you show is great advice. Thanks for a great video!

These are very interesting way to improve hip mobility! I will give it a shot and see what happen! I am learning how to swim the breast stroke and the kick action requires a good hip rotation as to not applying tension on the knees. I have a motive to improve my hip mobility so to speak! Thank you for sharing!

I have been sitting in conference rooms for three days and tomorrow. I will drive for nine hours. These are great stretches for me to do when I make my hourly stops at the highway rest stop. Thank you.

Thank you very much for sharing your knowledge with all of us! This is a gold mine! In my case, in time I have developed flat feet mainly because I am overweight and I did not do any exercise. My right foot is most affected and in time, this affected my right hipe and even up to my neck. I work hard to improve ankle flexibility and strength and I do the same for the hips, core, upper back. But for now, my right ankle feels very unstable, it is often painful and swollen. What is your take on wearing a brace for the time being until my body improves and I am able to move painfree?

I would look at a brace as cast, doesn't mean that it is bad, but that the dependency should be lessened with time.

Could you do a video on sleeping surfaces? I’ve heard that sleeping on wooden floor is the best for your body but I want to see the at claim backed up by someone very knowledgeable like yourself on the human body! Cheers and have a great weekend!

I have tried sleeping on a yoga mat. Elbows, shoulders and hands will fall asleep and have increased pressure on them. It most likely will be damaging over time.

Life changing information! Almost everyone has way to much external and almost no internal hip rotation. This causes knee pain because of the torsion force that is transferred into the knee due to lack of internal rotation when walking.

Have you some clues on how to separate hips and low back? Like in posterior pelvic tilt posture, how to hip hinge without move low back? Stretching harmstrings or quads? There are too much information about anterior pelvic tilt and not on real hip hinge movement.

Do you think these would help me with my snapping hips? They snap and pop (no pain) when I March or do keg raises 🤦🏾‍♂️

I see you not wearing barefoot shoes here, are you able to switch between "normal" shoes and barefoot shoes? Since wearing barefoot shoes my toes get way too uncomfortably squished when i try to wear something else. Also, does it affect your forefoot/midfoot walk?

These shoes are Adidas HVC, in a 1/2size larger than normal, So they don't narrow my toes. The other aspects of this shoe exceed most "barefoot" shoes, in terms of flexibility and durability. I have a review on this channel.
