In this class we focus on your hamstrings - which is actually a group of 3 muscles - located on the back of your thigh. Hamstrings can be tight for a number of reasons: anatomy, activity, and/or lack of stretching. Through this 50 minute yoga flow we gentle warm up and stretch your hamstrings. Great for runners, weight lifters, or anyone looking to add a little flexibility.
