I lost 11 pounds in a month doing this 3 mile walk everyday. Out of all her videos, this one is my favourite. Something about her cheerful attitude just keeps me going! ♥️ (For information, I did not do all the 45 minutes at once. For that, my stamina was too low. Instead, I did 15 minutes one day, and the other 30 minutes every second day.)

Best 5K video on KZfaq! What I love most about it is that she breaks the clock up by mile, so it gives the illusion that the workout is shorter than it actually is. It's so discouraging when someone has a countdown clock on their video and it shows you still have 37 minutes remaining. lol

I agree, in this channel there is another 3 mile walking video that is exactly the way you said at the end. I completed it too but this one felt easier.

I agree. Sometimes you only have time for a 20-minute workout or less. With Leslie you know you're always going to get a good workout no matter how much time you spend with her.

I’ve lost 30 pounds after having my baby thanks to these videos. I like how positive she is, and the repetition of exercising with her. I hit a wall of being bored at one point and it felt like a chore. I pumped up my exercise with her by muting the tv w/subtitles (for reference when she’s switching moves) and put my AirPods in while using Spotify. Working out to Cardi B while having Leslie Sansone to push you is great.

I love these workouts with Leslie. I am 80 yrs old and have been doing them since prior to my first hip replacement in 2003. They keep me moving and I feel so good afterwards. And there are not many days that I have missed!

These workouts have been great. Started out at 208lbs on Feb 1,2022 and now down to 189lbs. When I first started I could not even walk 10 minutes without being out of breath. Now I do the 3 mile workout which is 45 minutes and it feels good! Still got more to go and I’m willing to do the work when I’m seeing such great results! I also cleaned up my eating but definitely have my cheat days because if I don’t do that I will crave junk even more.

Leslie is like the first Fitness Coach I do not find annoying or rude. She is so nice and real and has the talent to encourage and motivate you by not pushing you. She lets you be you and if you are out of breath- it's okay. Just keep moving. So she is also the first in her genre that makes me wanna walk these miles without thinking only once that I can't make it. I love this shit. I have actually fun doing this.

I had posted a question on here and didn’t get a reply but I started these workouts too on Feb 1,2022 and went from 208lbs then to 189lbs today. I also cleaned up my eating habits. These videos are great and I started out getting tired at 10 minutes workout and now doing 45 min. It’s life changing!

I love the results of working out but never enjoyed working out! Leslie has changed that. I actually look forward to doing these workouts daily. I started on January 17th doing an hour in the morning and out of boredom,15 to 30 mins in the evenings. I lost 5lbs the first month. I need to do better with my eating and I know the pounds would really drop off. I have 25lbs to go. I turn 50 in August and I have so much planned so I must get this weight off of me. Thank you Leslie for giving me the workouts that I enjoyed doing and the results that I can see!

I do Leslie’s 3 mile walk twice a day 7 days a week. I started November 1st 2020 and have lost 50 pounds but more in inches. She’s great. I love her. Thank you Leslie 😁🙏🏻❤️

@@sezentutum9870 yes I eat very healthy. Lean meat I have 4-6 oz depending on what kind of meat and I grill or roast my vegetables. I try to stick to low cab’s and I measure those out.

I am so thankful I found the 5K workout with Leslie. When covid hit I had doctors orders to exercise and my gym was closed. I am 64 1/2 with 4 stents in my heart. I have always been active but not the right kind for my heart. Anyway I was desperate during lock down to find something on tube. Thank you Leslie for helping me keep up with my exercise routine.

Anyone can do these exercises and you can do it at your own pace. If you can't run or get tired just walk in place. You will still get a good workout. Leslie is the best.

Walking 5 days a week with this video (sometimes i just make it to 1 mile, no excuses but it's hard to make quick changes and i'm going for something i can keep doing forever) Started January 21st at 248.6lbs and today february 15th i'm at 241.8 Increased my water intake, cut my soda intake (except for diet coke, 3 cans in almost a month...it used to be 3 cans a day) I eat "normally" just tracking my calorie intake in "myfinetesspal"... so proud of myself and thankfull for these videos that literally changed my mind setting about working out. Thank you Leslie.

Thank you so much for your videos, Leslie!! I am 72 years young and have doctors orders to walk 30-45 minutes a day due to high cholesterol. I live in a cold climate where it snows and can't take my walks. I looked and looked for something I could do inside so I wouldn't miss my walks till temperatures warm up and can resume my walks outside in my beautiful environment and your videos are PERFECT!! I have always loved Leslie workouts. I started off at 178lbs January 1 2022 and now I'm down to 154lbs. I know when every I fall off I can do your workouts and get right back on track. I have been exercising with Leslie for 6 years. Although I was never overweight My muscles were not toned and I was terribly uncoordinated . Now at 71 my muscles are well toned and I’m no longer dropping things and falling.

I weighed in at 308 today. Just started these walks again! I have 3 kids now, the youngest is almost 1. I figured at 27 it's time to start acting my age, and not a 50 year old couch potato. If someone sees this in a year please ask me how im doing? Maybe this will show me where I was/am right now 😢 my goal is to join the police academy by the summer of 2025. Right now i cant even do one pushup!

I lived in Indonesia, and for years I've been working the 2Mile or 3Mile walk at home at least 5 days a week using Lesli's program. I really enjoyed, and it works so well, makes me healthier nd slimmer. Thank you Ms Leslie ❤❤. Will also try doing this.

My friends and I have been doing these walking programmes for the last 10 weeks while in lock down in Portugal. We do half hour in the morning and half hour late afternoon. The results are fantastic I have lost 15 pounds but 8 inches around my body. Many thanks.😃 happy walking😎😍

I do this and fat burning with weight lifting daily. Started on march 20th. I have got some issue with my wt machine that’s why don’t know how much wt I have lost but I have gone from XL size to medium and I am soo happy. Helpd me to loose my post pregnancy wt. I manage to do it easily with my 11 months old girl 😘 target is to reach to small size with 53 kgs wt by 20th sept 2020 InShaAllah ❤️ but my husband says that with this speed you will achieve your target within 2 and half months ☺️😘😍 InShaAllah. As some one who is fast approaching 70, I find this exercise great to do. since retiring I did't move around too much and found that I was overweight and had high blood pressure, now with your help and my medication I can control my weight and my blood pressure is back to normal.

Hello I feel so easy yet effective with LESLIE'S walk at home program... I think this is the simplest way for your whole body workout... I joined her 2 months back and with controlled diet plan I loose almost 7 kgs... Thank you thank you thank you so much for your effective guidance with a sweet smile always on your face, which motivates me to do better and better day by day... 😊😊😊☺

I started this six months ago, and still going strong. I realized walking in my house is the BEST form of exercise for my age (59)! A warm hug Leslie, and a big thank you. Best regards to the whole team, you all keep me motivated.

I'm 23 and weighed 202 pounds, heaviest I ever been, now 186 pounds was hula hooping and doing Just Dance on Wii, still do here and there, and just started watching and doing Leslie's videos about a week ago because I would rather work out at home than go to a gym, I hate gyms, and I love these videos, Leslie just keeps me going, hoping to see great results

I'm so grateful for all her videos. I weighed 170 in middle school and her video, with the band, helped me lose 20 lbs. She got me addicted to exercise and I'm grateful to come back over a decade later! I used to walk my dogs, but they're old and making me atrophy! So happy this is in my life, again! I'm so excited for my results!

@@saranyar9479 Hey, sorry for such a late reply, but honestly what helped me was eating a lot of home cooked food, whereas earlier I'd be ordering in quite often. Food at home tends to be a good balance of vegetables, fruits and protein, and I keep refined carbs quite low. Plus I cut back on dairy, as I discovered it doesn't suit me too well. If dieting is not your thing, a simple tip to stick to is to ensure that at every meal, at least half your plate should be full of vegetables/fruits. All of that, and doing at least 2 of Leslie's workouts every day (sometimes just the 15 min ones if I was lazy) helped me a ton :)

I love these workouts so much. With focused effort they can be challenging without being intimidating. They're a great way to get the body moving without out having to worry about crazy body strain or possible injury. I'm not new to exercise, and I used to be a plyometrics junkie, but the wear and tear on the body with that style of fitness will catch up one day. Walking is a sport for life, as Leslie says! Can't wait to be doing these workouts still for another 50 years!

Just started, first was one mile, now I'm up to 3 miles with bands and now looking forward to the 5k walk. I incorporate bands with each video. Can not go without my morning walk work out. She is absolutely a blessing for me. Thanks for caring. God bless you all on your journey to a healthy life!!!

I know this video is old but I just wanted to say that I quit smoking in February and about the same time started eating healthy and exercising because I didn’t want to gain weight like so many do when they quit smoking. I was already 209 lbs so the last thing i needed was to gain more. I also didn’t want to join a gym because i had been a member of one in the past and always felt like the other patrons there looked down on me because they were so fit and I wasn’t. So my sister told me to look up Leslie Sansone and do some of her workouts at home. I started doing this one, and another one she has on KZfaq plus walking 30-45 minutes around the neighborhood every morning. I’ve lost 44 lbs in 3 months just working out with Leslie and clean eating ! Thank you so much Leslie you are an inspiration!

B Culp I used the patch, which slowly weans you off. The trick to the patch if there is a trick, is that you have to do the entire 12 week program. I used the patch before and then after a few weeks was like oh i can do this on my own. Stopped using the patch and went back to smoking 🙄 so then I tried it again and got down to the little tiny patch and was like this isn’t going to do anything I can do this on my own. Nope. Only when I spent 8 weeks on stage 1, 2 weeks on stage 2 and two weeks on stage 3 was I able to finally quit for good.

Gratitude for this training!! I'm very overweight and with pain in my sciatica and calcaneus spur, I work a lot and I can't go to the gym, so I'm waking up earlier to do those 3 miles, along with a good diet I intend to lose a lot of weight!
