Hello Doctor. Thanks for this Video. I have stopped eating polished white rice and started eating Quinoa from past 3 weeks. What I found it the quantity of food I was having gradually came down, less Gastric issues, free bowel moments and I reduced 3.5 kilos where I do rigorous Functional Training every morning. I eat it twice a day with Dal, Sabji and other veggies. Indian typical foods.

Any food that is Healthy is a superfood to me. I live in Cambodia where everyone eats meat but I'm a vegetarian so mostly what i eat for a meal everyday is Quinoa ,olive oil and a avocado. I started a love for quinoa in 1992 when i worked at Hippocrates Health Institute in West palm Beach Florida.

Dr. Is the Quinoa that is commercially available processed or unprocessed? I buy a kilo each time and it comes in a package and this is what I eat. Or is there an unprocessed Quinoa?

Wonderful points! On your thoughts about quinoa's status as a "super food", my personal approach is that super foods are - largely - irrelevant to the conversation of general health, and actually damaging to intelligent health conversation. Staple grains earned their place because they carry enough nutrition to sustain large populations with little additional variety. Meats are valued for their scarcity, high protein content and robust or interesting flavors. Spices are desired for their intense flavors and ability to enhance the flavors of other foods. Super foods... ? Super foods are beneficial for high end athletes, who struggle to eat enough nutrition to power their intense and demanding routines. They are also desirable for vegans, whose voluntarily restrictive diets ignore or outright condemn many of the more powerful food staples, and are this constantly in need of nutrient-dense foods. The *vast majority* of people do not fall into either of these two categories, so super foods provide little benefit to their health. A balanced diet consisting of a wide variety of staple foods available in the local markets is far healthier, more economical and easier to maintain overall. For the more technically-minded people, it's better to focus on macronutrient and micronutrient profiles contained in a daily diet overall, rather than in a single, exotic food product. After nutrient profile balance, enzyme and probiotic availability is the next priority. Only after all of that does the discussion of exotic sourcing become useful. For the average person, it is not relevant to the conversation.

Nigella Sativa. Buy organic black seed oil. The higher the TQ percentage the better! Cold pressed and from ethiopia is best. Check it out. You need to be carefull and not take too much though! Do a quick duckduckgo search for it and youll learn a lot! Youll also need selenium and Ip6 and high vit C. Eat zero sugars!! Check it out!

I think a good company that makes it is called bionatal or biotech or something like that... They tell you the date it was made, the temp it was pressed at and its specific origin. Its always got the TQ percentages available too, i think the company lists as 4.3 or something. No other company ive seen has that amount of info on their product. Good luck and God bless
