Getting really great posture is something we all have to deal with. Rounding of the shoulders with the computer in front of us and getting the shoulders back and getting getting good posture is something that we all need to work on.
Posture is composed of many different things. Your core is important to keep your body upright. You also need to have the space to move your spine to maintain upright posture and you need strength in your shoulder blades to keep them back, rather than them constantly being tight and pulling forward. Your hip muscles also help you keep that upright posture, whether you're at a standing desk or at a sitting desk. Sometimes it is a tough thing to maintain upright posture when you're walking because your hip flexors are so tight. Glutes, abdominals, thoracic spine and upper back muscles can really help you reduce your poor posture to improve it and make it a little more upright.
