I've always interpreted her "I'm brutally honest" to mean "I like to bully people".

I liked Cassie as well. One of my favorites. I thought it was neat for Cassie to be a DCC like her mom.

Right when looking into her background they saw the other infractions with the law that were not speeding. To outright lie to the trainers is usually not endorsed in being a "nice girl". They are very concerned with image as well as ability. Note the one with the picture of her in a piece of tape photo also sank that girl.

As others have said, she had more substantial and troubling run ins with the law. It's clear that it was more than just a s speeding ticket. Kelli also said she conducted reference checks, which means she spoke to people who have worked with that candidate in the past and they brought to light other issues.

@@Angelaaa1015 They put in a ton of hours though, a lot of girls can't handle both. Imagine working 9-5 THEN practicing from 6pm-midnight. Thats a lot to take.

@@nancyleddige6997 That wasnt what I was saying at all. But paying them fair wages is a start. They would have an easier time seeking mental health assistance with better pay. That is an entirely different topic, but it is important nonetheless.

@@taylorburtis Plus look what happened in Season 14 when Kelli brought in her minister to allegedly help the girls out. She was mad with the one girl who lost her friends in a terrible accident because the poor girl would not talk about it on the episode. I also heard Kelli would not let a girl have time off to attend the funeral of her grandfather. Kelli puts down girls numerous times on the show for ratings and drama. More pay will not stop the abuse period. For some reason the girls believe the hype about being a DCC is the be all, end all of the universe and the abuse is worth the honor and privilege of being a DCC. And after seeing the crappy way Hannah was treated and used last year because of her own mental illnesses, I doubt the brainwashing and abuse will stop with more pay.

NO WAY - I wouldn't do that - plus that episode where they jumped out of an airplane - insane...

It's all about conquering fear..going down the tunnel into a full stadium is absolutely terrifying.

It’s unbelievable what they put them through and they get paid crap . These girls are literally just doing it for the glamour and fame of the DCC. All for the prestige of the name . Seems way over the top

It wasn't the speeding tickets. She had other things come up and she wasn't honest with them. I mean she said she was wholesome but lied to their faces. She kind of brought it on herself.

Speeding is wrong. They had no choice but to cut her.
