Nice Tips. Ha ha learning next level of dance terms Thattadavu, Nettadavu, Kudithumettu, Kudithuthattu, Thattumettu... Whatever they mean 🙈. Anyways, I have been trying out last week's exercises and now I can get to maintain contact of lower back to ground while lifting the legs. Thanks for everything.

Maybe the idea was to support the core while dancing..or just to tuck or secure pallu of practice saree so that it doesn't disturb while dancing... I am unaware of any importance, I'm just guessing 😅

@@PratibhaKini ok. Thank you. I have a minor knee pain on my right knee when putting all my weight to that leg when dancing. I am 40 having 65 kgs n 5'3". I consult an orthodontic doc. and he said not to dance or sqaut for several months till I loss my weight to 55 kgs. bcz i am in the first stage of osteoarthritis. When he asked me not to dance, i am totally scattered. I can't live without doing some steps or adavus in my life. What's ur opinion. Your advice is more valuable for me than doctor's. Thank you.

@@arulpanachooran4038 your doctor would know your condition better than me. Kindly listen to your doctor. He/she must have advised you some simple exercises or physiotherapy? Kindly follow those diligently. It will help to recover sooner. You might injure yourself more if you don't give it ample rest. Few days of rest is better than not dancing forever. Hope you recover soon.
