I'm always SO excited when Recators give Black Sails a go. If you've made it to this point in the series, buckle up. Pretty much from 2x1 on, it's a build to what I can only call a master class in story telling. The fact that next to nobody watched this show on Starz is one of the tragedies of the Golden Age of Television.

Billy is such a boss this episode. I totally agree with your reads on Anne. She followed Jack when he saved her, did what he did. She almost followed in Max's footsteps this episode. She needs to find her own path now. John Silver, man. Can't trust a word out of his mouth. I love the kitty! 😍😍😍
