Thank You for a fun, sweaty workout. I enjoyed it mostly because it was not too fast paced, so you really felt the burn.

It's fun follow you're workout. My sweat are dripping even it is winter here in Hong Kong. I repeat 2times through..my shoulder are sore but I love that! Thank you to both of you 💗 💓 💕!

hii joanna, I want to get abs and small waist line without loosing weight and if possible want to gain a bit and I'm planning on doing full body strength training as I only did abs workout and little cardio before. can u please tell whether I should completely avoid cardio or do it once a week??

I never could have imagined that I can get interest in workouts😅but hefe I am as your fan and now a subscriber. saw your very old video of ecto and endo body type and only then it made sense why i dont gain weight and wt type of excercise i should try. Please shoot atleast one workouts completely based for ecto body type😏

Hey Joanna, I love your workouts but I struggle with ab workouts. I am not sure why but my lower back is always feeling pain and my abs don't feel anything, I have done research and couldn't find anything. Please help because I don't want to injure myself. I am still in my teens so I don't think its due to old age.

Can we got good workouts for people with knock knees and sheram kyposis. Most of these I can't do , i try them, cause it over extends my lower back and works nothing.

And I'd love if this worked my core. Half of it just worked my shoulders. And the other half put me in great pain. Don't get me wrong all of the other videos I have followed have done amazing but this one didn't work my core, the legs got a workout tho.
