I love how there’s not too much speaking. Tamara has a beautiful voice but the spaces allow you enough time to recognise those feelings and let them pass. Thank you and wishing you all a wonderful day

Just the right mix. I've seen other meditations where it's 40 minutes but only 5 minutes of voice. You need a balance.

Just a gentle reminder that it’s okay if you couldn’t meditate and relax like you wanted to. It’s okay if thoughts kept popping up. Tomorrow is a new day and you can try again. All that matters is that you took the time to try. Be proud of yourself for doing your best.

Dear Tamara, this was my favorite session! It really changed my thinking and allowed me to accept any negative emotion as something that is passing and that it wouldn't be with me forever.

I'm really enjoying these uploads. I think they're good not only as taster sessions for those without the app, but also good for those who have the app who can't afford the subscription! (Reasonable though it may be). Meditation is so important, and it's just brilliant how everyone can get access to the materials to guide us and teach us 😊
